Excellent place to spend a few days in peace and quiet in Piribebuy. The hosts Matthias and Mirian are super friendly and helpful, they welcomed us very kindly. The site has all the necessary amenities up to games. Apart from Matthias and Mirian make some delicious Roman-style homemade pizzas that everyone should try. Not to mention Spike's loving and playful. We definitely come back. 👌🏻

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve check the air conditioners especially the one in the living room, it cooled little. With 30 degrees it stood just but if it was in summer with more than 40 degrees like. I made in Paraguay I would have canceled by the heat, especially because the sun is all afternoon.

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

There were several inconsistencies in the experience. The location provided on the platform was 10 km from the actual address, which was only sent by the host after I contacted you because I couldn't find the location. The building has a doorman, but it is not always present, which makes it difficult to enter and exit, since we depend on it to open the gate. The apartment is comfortable for short stays of 1 or 2 days and more suitable for couples, as there are few utensils for those who want to cook, and the stove is of poor quality. Also, the wifi password was sent several times wrong, even after I reported that it was not working, which made it even more difficult to stay. Another negative point was that, despite leaving the apartment in perfect condition, as I always do in all my rentals, the host sent a charge alleging that a part of the single bed was broken-even without having used that room-and presented an absurd budget for the repair. It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays. However, in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. My stay at this place in Luque was absolutely perfect. Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything: shopping, supermarket, and other important amenities. In addition, the neighborhood is beautiful, very safe and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The apartment exceeded all my expectations: it was impeccably clean, spacious, very well decorated, and had everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
