The apartment is in a peaceful area close to the beach in Arvore. It is in a great location for hikes along the coast, exploring the local area, visiting Porto and exploring the Douro Valley. A car is a must for this. The apartment is clean and tidy with great facilities and a beautiful sun terrace.

This home was beautiful and incredibly well-stocked! When a light fuse went out on a bank holiday, the host was able to send someone to inspect it. Although it couldn't be fixed right away, they swiftly relocated us to another unit in the complex, ensuring our stay had minimal disruption. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed for 3 nights from the 5th of June 25 It wasn't a self check-in, but one of the hosts came and gave me the key and explained the house.(You don't have to do it, and I think self-check-in would have been comfortable for both of us...) The view was the best. The house was spacious, there were no bugs, it was clean, and the view of the Dowoo River was the best, so even if I didn't go to Moru Park, the view of the accommodation was good!! If I visit Porto again, it was a place to stay again. The interior of the house was nice, clean, and there were almost no bugs (maybe because we opened the window, we caught 2-3 mosquitoes and 1-3 flies, but we were very satisfied because there were no crawling bugs) and there was an elevator, and it was a place I wanted to come again. However, to mention the shortcomings in the accommodation description, it seems that there is no air conditioner (there are 2 fans instead), there are about 30 stairs to the first floor with an elevator, and the bed is very slightly stiff. It seems to be an Ikea product. There was a washing machine, but it took more than 2 hours and drying took about 2 hours.(I didn't use because I saw the water stains..haha) But despite that, considering the location view and cleanliness, I will stay again if I come next time. Stunning apartment. We had a lovely time. Perfect location, very comfortable and clean. I also have to mention it is on a very busy street but you would never know because it is very quiet in the apartment when the balcony doors or closed.

All wonderful. The Rosary received us very well. Initially we had to change the time of checkin and Rosario always showed a lot of flexibility. The whole family loved it. 3 couples with kids. We divided between the two and outbreaks and the bed sofas in the Room. The Sala is super wide, and it could have in that extensive area, plus a room or something that resembles, enjoying the guests of another private space. Also perfect for reduced mobility, the house is all equipped for this purpose. We use the indoor pool. How wonderful, we all love it. And even more of the fact that it is accessible by Sala. The surroundings of this house have some factories and warehouses around it, but while we were there we never felt anything at all. Enough garage to park 4 cars at will, with direct entrance into the apartment through the garage. We will certainly repeat this experience.

Extraordinary experience!!! We could not have asked for more. From our first booking, Isabel communicated welcoming warmth. She was not only our host, but also our tour guide service. She arranged for airport transport, greeted us at the door and gave us a personal introduction to Porto. Through her recommendations, we booked a wonderful walking tour of the city and a magical full day excursion to the Duoro Valley. The carafe of port on the kitchen table was the icing on the cake. Isabel truly loves her city and her country and her enthusiasm made us feel so very welcome. We cannot give this experience any higher praise than to say we WILL return.

Staying at Filipa’s was a highlight of our trip to Porto. In the lovely, very comfortable apartment looking out on the Douro with a balcony was dreamy. The windows closed tightly blocking all sound so any time day or night we need quiet to sleep or think we had it. If we come back to Porto we’ll go right back to Filipa’s apartment. So wonderful to stay in the historic district with easy access to all of Porto. Be sure to savor the welcome glass of port with their amazing chocolate mousse. Delicious!

From arrival at Luis place I felt at home and in the company of a wonderful host. Luis contacted me daily to make sure everything was OK and provided recommendations for activities and places to visit. I enjoyed the pedestrian zone, the parks, the bookstore the riverside and churches all on waking distance from the apartment. I was pleased to meet his daughter Teresa who make me feel more like part of a family. I will always remember Luis kindness and charm. Thanks also for helping me get a taxi for my early ride to the airport. I will definitely book your beautiful place again on my next trip to Porto.

Abi and Regina are exceptional hosts who made our stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the tour of the animation museum by Abi which was fascinating The property is very lovely, the flower and vegetable gardens are incredible and the whole ambience is very relaxing. A perfect place to stay for several days. We thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to returning

Spacious bright apartment within walking distance of all attractions. Close to the market. We had a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

The place was one staircase up from the elevator but stairs were easy to navigate. The place is very modern with two patios that were very private. Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Was in a good location and enjoyed our stay in Porto.

Much more than a very nice accommodation, Sonia gives all the tips and good addresses to spend a wonderful stay. It contains everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Great!! Recommended.

Casa do Engenho is amazing. So far, the best place my family and I have rented for a 10-day stay. Near Braga, easy to find, beautiful surroundings, quiet and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying. Monica is a great hostess, friendly and always there for you!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, accommodating three couples with ease. The location is a peaceful coastal suburb a short taxi ride from the centre of Porto, and the extensive balcony provides stunning views of the ocean, particularly at sunset. It is the perfect place to return to after a busy day sightseeing in the city. The taxi journey is quick and easy, and we were able to enjoy the many attractions of this beautiful city, alongside the more relaxing atmosphere of the many bars within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends to experience Porto.
