This house is situated outside the city center,away from neighbours,noise and daily bustle of everyday life.There's a vast fanced garden surrounded by nature so you can enjoy your vacation and your privacy. In the immediate vicinity are cafes, restaurants, shops, the promenade and the city center with the main street leading to the city's most famous square, the Forum. The sea is couple hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are 2 km away. The main bus station is just 10 minutes walk from apartment and airport is 10 minutes taxi drive.

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
