With a great community surrounding you and friendly locals this makes it a perfect place to vacation. Large pool , basic gym ,great staff with parking and 24 hour lobby and security . Great apartment for families with two ensuite bathrooms and a third restroom on the balcony . Well equipped for dining in or al fresco on the balcony . What a beautiful stay we had at the this Airbnb. You will not be disappointed when entering this place. It looks just like the pictures, and in fact once you’re there, it’s so much cozier. Not to mention, all amenities and instruments are available at your disposable. Sladja was kind enough to leave us plenty of restaurant suggestions, which we strongly recommend la Bruja Chupadora (thank you Sladja!). The walk to the beach is easy and right down the street, about a 10 min-walk. Unfortunately, we were met with a lot of sargassum going to Los Corales Beach, BUT not to worry because there are plenty of other beaches to experience, including Macao Beach, which he had a blast at. Having a supermarket below was extremely convenient, they provide everything you need! The pool feels amazing! We strongly suggest using Ubers when going around the area, they take less than 2 min to arrive and we had beautiful experiences in downtown Punta Cana. All this to say, thank you Sladja for everything!

Ulyana’s place was wonderful. A view from every room. Her artists touches were woonderful. I absolutely loved the condo. The only thing I would recommend is AC in the living room area instead of just the bedroom. Otherwise it was a great stay. She’s a beautiful hostess with an awesome spirit!! Thank you

Super tijd gehad! Elke dag een mooie wandeling naar het strand gemaakt en langs de kust gelopen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is binnen handbereik: restaurants, strandtenten, supermarkten en souvenirwinkels. Super fijne beveiligers die je graag willen helpen en voor je klaar staan.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the common areas are very well maintained. The pool is excellent! We were welcomed by Anna, who is an absolute delight. The beach is just across the street, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you walk in the opposite direction of the beach, you’ll find even more dining options with more affordable prices. We could truly see ourselves living there. Highly, highly recommended!

German foi muito atencioso e disponível para atender os meus pedidos. O único inconveniente é o pagamento extra caso queira usar o ar condicionado.

Great host and absolutely adorable place to spend a week in Republica Dominicana. Quiet and pieceful, close to the beach. Apartment is fully equipped and Jools is very kind and helpful. We will definitely return once again and totally recommended.
