Die Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, als wäre man bei jemanden Zuhause - top! Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr sympathisch. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Tsapini-House von Sokratis und Iris sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, alles ordentlich und sauber! Auch die Austattung in der Küche hat uns gut gefallen! Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Sicht aufs Meer und die umliegende Natur ist herrlich! Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Es ist ruhig gelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen, in 3 Minuten ist das Meer mit einem Strand und kleinen Restaurant erreichbar. In rund 20 Minuten zu Fuss oder 5 min mit dem Auto kommt man entlang der Küste zum malerischen Ort Agios Nikolaus. Es gibt einen kleinen Fischerhafen, Cafés, Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben es geliebt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge mit dem Auto.. wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir können dieses AirBnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder 😍

This is a wonderful place to spend the quieter winter months. The house is well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace is great for chilly evenings and makes the house very cozy. The garden was lovely to relax in on warmer days. The surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of walking routes to explore, and the sea is just a short walk away. Claudia was a very nice host and always made sure to help or arrange something if we needed help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful and unusual house. The house is well equipped and includes lovely outdoor spaces. The interior is well and thoughtfully designed, giving some idea of what it might have been like in an austere past as a permanent home, while providing the level of comfort we now expect. It is conveniently situated close to a taverna providing tasty food and faultless service. Our arrival was rather marred by my phone losing charge -and the instructions for locating and getting in to the house! On calling Spyros he was very patient and helpful , and between that call and the very pleasant and helpful taverna owner close by, we found our way to the house.

Καταπληκτικός χώρος. Πολύ όμορφο σπιτι. Έχει ησυχία και καταπληκτική θέα. Πολύ μεγάλος χώρος μέσα και έξω. Ο οικοδεσπότης βοηθητικός, πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με όμορφη υποδοχή. Να μην ξεχάσουμε ότι παρείχε και προϊόντα για κατανάλωση όπως υλικά για πρωινό για παράδειγμα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε το χώρο όλη η οικογενεια μας με τα σκυλάκια μας και με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε ξανά το χώρο του Παναγιώτη για περισσότερες μέρες.

This gem is located in the heart of an absolutely delightful village in the southern Peloponnese. With sea views and plenty of top tier local amenities and restaurants it's a fabulous location for a few days of local touring. It's easy to find and a pleasure to use and the host is one of the best. I absolutely give this a 100% recommendation!

À proximité du centre ville, un appartement très agréable dans une rue tranquille. Tout est nickel, un grand balcon, la salle de bains équipée d'une douche spacieuse, la cuisine parfaitement équipée pour se faire à manger où tout est à disposition pour se sentir parfaitement accueillis. De nombreuses attentions, jus de fruits et fruits frais dans le frigo, croissants pour le petit déjeuner, une très belle adresse à recommander pour séjourner à Sparte chez une hôtesse réactive et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires.

Our stay was unfortunately only very short, but we found the accommodation to be welcoming, and cool. ( it was very hot weather). It appeared to have everything we needed, although we didn’t cook any meals the kitchen felt well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air con was great to cool the room before we went to sleep. Waking up to birds singing and be able to sit in the delightful garden to eat our breakfast, was most relaxing. There was a bbq available, although we didn’t use it. We would most certainly return if visiting this area again.

Xénia a été très accueillante, bienveillante dans nos échanges . Elle guettait devant sa maison notre arrivée. Restauration complète de l’appartement avec matériaux de qualité . Décoration sobre de bon goût . Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre trop court séjour à Gythio et ses environs. L’appartement au 2ème étage offre une belle vue sur la baie et son îlet , avec les montagnes en toile de fond. Bars, restaurants tout proches à pieds. Merci Xénia

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

This appartment was a highligh of our trip, everything was perfect: great view, clean, well equipped and peaceful. Dionisis was very responsive and helpful. The location is great to explore Kalamata area with a car. Highly recommended!

Très calme, en dehors du bruit des routes et de la ville, parfait pour être tranquille dans un logement atypique aussi beau que sur les photos. Tout est bien équipé et il est agréable d’y séjourner quelques jours, notamment grâce à l’espace extérieur très accueillant. Je le recommande fortement.

We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, the stairs are lot - but the space, location, and view were all worth it. The street is pretty bustling and you can hear some music but it’s a really fun and safe atmosphere too and we loved being able to both cook at the flat, and also explore the different bars and restaurants. The beach right across the street was excellent and we loved relaxing there.

Nice place to stay, spacious and quiet. Very reactive and nice hosts. Good WiFi and comfortable bed. Only stayed one night but it was all good.

Hara met us when we checked in. She is a kind and generous host. The apartment was perfect. We loved having our breakfast each day on the patio. The inside apartment has been nicely redecorated and furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Hara generously supplied us with oranges, olives and olive oil from their farm. My husband and I travel a lot and it's meeting people like Hara and those special thoughtful gifts like the oranges and olives are the things that make our trips so memorable. Its a lovely quiet village and Mavrovouni beach is fantastic. The water is crystal clear and warm, very safe beach for swimming (take a beach umbrella) Thankyou Hava for everything.

Wow—what an incredible stay! We absolutely loved this Airbnb—truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the natural light pouring in all day made the space feel so bright and welcoming. The AC worked perfectly, and we slept so well every night. It’s also super close to the beautiful beachfront, which was a huge plus. I will definitely be adding this to my favorites and booking again every time I visit Kalamata! Youla

Emmy's place was spotless and very spacious. It suited our needs very well, and was a great base from which to explore Mystras and the surrounding area. Emmy was very friendly and responsive, and graciously let us check in early when we showed up unexpectedly. We arrived more quickly than we thought we would and asked if we could drop off our bags but she let us go ahead and check in. She even left us a loaf of delicious bread and other treats for breakfast.
