We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

My family and I had a great time at Mario‘s place. Mario is a great host and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Mario for the cake and the wine, much appreciated!

"A Charming Stay in a Great Location!" We absolutely loved our time at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. Espectacular

Gianca shared very detailed and pictured instruction related to house and checkin. You can also find same details after your booking on your reservation info. So she is well organized. House was very clean, she puts everything you may need included coffee and coffee machine. Also the house is more than enough if you are visitor who will explore Florence. And the best part was location. You can reach everything by walk and you can find something to eat and drink even in the midnight. If I come again, I would prefer no doubt. Thanks Gianca!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is remarkably quiet but also so accessible and walkable to all the restaurants and ships in historic district. Apartment was spotless and had all modern appliances and fixtures. Bed was super comfy and Romina was so helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Would absolutely stay here again.

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

We stayed at Elisa’s place for a week and were very happy with our experience. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was peaceful, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. The location is beautiful and quiet — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. We were traveling as a family with our 11-month-old baby, and the house was very suitable for that. Communication with Elisa was generally smooth, though responses could sometimes have been a bit quicker. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you, Elisa!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

The house is located in the center of the old city, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. This is really the biggest advantage. The room has a good view because it is on the top floor, the only disadvantage is because there is no elevator, the luggage is very large, plus the girl's words, or to be psychologically prepared.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

The accommodation is large and impeccable, located in a villa full of charm. Very well maintained and clean. Despite a problem with the air conditioning, we felt the owner was proactive in having it repaired. She ended up installing a removable AC that was sufficient. I would recommend it in a second.

Staying here made us feel like we were truly a part of Florence. The apartment is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located—central to everything. Monica is an incredible host: warm, helpful, and full of fantastic recommendations. Their website is also a treasure trove of resources for planning your visit. EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
