Great place in a great with a great location 100% would come back

I spent a wonderful month at Claudia’s place in February, working remotely and enjoying the vibrant Palermo neighborhood. Despite my busy workdays, it was a pleasure to take a midday break for a swim in the heated pool, a workout in the gym, or simply to stand under the open sky on the rooftop terrace. The building has a youthful energy yet maintains a quiet and respectful atmosphere. While I loved exploring the sights of Buenos Aires, I was happiest immersing myself in this Parisian-like neighborhood. The apartment itself is effortlessly stylish—boho luxe with a lived-in charm that made me feel right at home. Claudia was always available and took great care of me throughout my stay. I was reluctant to leave and will absolutely stay here again.

This is a great little apartment, which although it's a studio, feels like there is a separate bedroom with the clever room divider and there is cupboard and shelf space for suitcases, clothes etc. It never felt cramped and we had a lot of luggage! The apartment is exactly like the photos, very bright and sunny with a lovely quiet balcony. The wall to ceiling windows being a highlight. The kitchen is fine to prepare simple meals for two people. Bed is very comfortable with great bedside reading lights. The extras such as lift, roof top pool and view, laundry room - all super useful. However, the stand out is the location. It is in a particularly peaceful and clean area of Palermo Hollywood, with everything on the door step: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, kiosks etc. Great area to walk around, also many different bus routes are a few minutes walk away, we used the bus system for our entire stay and it was great.

Loved the location! So many sites within walking distance, including restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location in the future. Oh, by the way, I love Buenos Aires!

A very complete apartment, nicely decorated with a lot of daylight and great views from the balcony. Host (Barbara) always responsive and friendly. Will find this apartment for my next visit.

We had a fantastic three-month stay! The apartment is a perfect mix of historic elements and modern convenience. All the appliances are modern and new (kitchen appliances, washer, dishwasher); the design is appealing; the historic charm is preserved. From the balconies, there is a beautiful view- and often you can see marches, parades, and markets. Some reviewers talked about the noise, but we found it loud only during those marches/parades, and the only places that are loud are the living room and office. In the bedrooms it’s quiet and peaceful. Wifi speed was excellent and there were no interruptions. The neighborhood is lively and there is lots to explore. The hosts are terrific. We hope to be back!

I'm halfway through my 3rd booking of this flat - which means I have been here nearly a month. Normally I like to roam around, experiencing different cultures and people, but I've been soooo comfortable in this flat (see my previous reviews), that I stayed on a little longer. Who knows - maybe I'll go for a 4th booking!

Very nice house and has everything we need to have a good time. Beautiful garden in the forest with pool, lots of sun and comfortable loungers It is very close to the beach and very well maintained, everything looks new. There is a very comfortable armchair in the linivg. In the bedrooms there are very good roller curtains, the cold/heat airs work barbarian, very comfortable beds, good pillows and the showers of the bathrooms a pleasure. Buenos acolchados en los quarartos más chicos. The master bedroom with a beautiful view, large and comfortable bed. Just missing a newer, more warm padding, we had fresh days. Fantastic dressing room The very well-equipped kitchen, great that has a dishwasher and washing machine. We didn't have to buy cleaning items. We just lack to have beach couches. Everything else, incredible. Our host is always attentive and responsive to messages. A nice, practical, well-kept, bright house. Makes you want to come back. Thank you! Large house in a quiet neighborhood. Andrea personally greeted us with pastries and bottles of water, saving a trip to a grocery store. The dryer was great!

Excellent service and predisposition of Osvaldo and his wife. The apartment has everything you need and what it describes in its advertisement. I would like to highlight the fact that there is parking in the building, which I consider a value proposition.

This is a really great place. The apartment has a lot of light since it’s in the corner and it’s bigger than others in the area. The location is really amazing as well. The view of the pool is really nice. Just keep in mind you won’t be able to bring guests unless you register them in advance.

Great apartment that is right on Avenida Corrientes, a half block away from the subway. The host was very communicative and graciously was able to meet me at 2 AM in the morning to pass along the keys because I was getting in to Buenos Aires on a very late flight. The apartment was well-equipped and has a nice balcony facing the main avenue, as well as access to a roof deck with a pretty panoramic view. I would recommend!

Thank you, 100% recommended, very attentive hosts, always available, in a very good location, quiet, good lighting. I would improve by adding cooking utensils. Everything else was perfect. A few very happy days :)

This nice apartment on the 7th floor is very quiet. No neighbors or noise and close to the pool on the 8th floor. Wonderful to rest there after a day in the busy city. Close to the park and the restaurants. Lucas is easily accessible as a host and there is always a concierge present in the apartment building. Recommended!

We loved our stay at Lucas’ place! Apartment is incredible - and neighborhood is even better! Tons of walk able restaurants and grocery stores. Would stay here again!
