Επίσης υπάρχει δωρεάν Wifi καθώς και 65' QLED LG τηλεόραση με δωρεάν netflix για χαλάρωση στο σαλόνι. Υπαρχει καθαριότητα κάθε τρίτη μέρα και το κτηριο διαθετει κλειστο γκαραζ.
