I recently stayed in this lovely apartment and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was beautiful, with great attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. The area was also very good, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. What truly made my stay memorable was the host. He was amazing—very responsive to all my inquiries and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality really enhanced my experience, and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

The hostess is very warm and accommodating, responds very quickly and really offers her help with every little thing. I highly recommend this place and will continue to book it when I am in Tunisia :)

Extraordinary accommodation. As in the photos, with the atmosphere in addition. Breakfasts as we like them. Everyone found their place in this large house with its crazy charm. We regret not being able to stay longer but the main purpose of our visit was a wedding... Selim is very warm and friendly. We will know where to stay if we return to Tunisia.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful home! The house is perfectly maintained, with a superb garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. It's a real haven of peace. The pool, very clean and well maintained, is shared, but we didn't meet anyone else during our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely discreet, we never met them. A big thank you also to Baya, the housekeeper, who, at our request, prepared delicious small dishes for us. She cooks great! If we were to come back to Tunis, we will definitely stay in this house again. I would highly recommend this rental!

Mrs. Safaa received a wonderful welcome and warm welcome, as we were her guests. Our presence was the first day of Eid al-Adha. Tunisia was almost free of restaurants and shops for the conditions of the Eid. When we asked Safaa why she said for the holiday of Eid al-Adha, and this is the first day of Eid, and she gave us the key to the apartment and the garage. At noon, we were surprised by a heavy meal of meat cooked in a delicious and tasty way, and this was a beautiful generous one of them and in its time because we honestly did not find restaurants close to him and his mistress. She said this day of the feast and the need to save you from the sacks that we sacrificed in the first day of Eid al-Adha , and this indicates the generosity of this Fadilah lady and her goodness .

Not far from the airport. Close to many restaurants (From an American's point of view, Chili's was... okay. Skip it and try Croquembouche instead. It's WAY better.) Coffee shops around. Felt very safe. Was easy to wave down a taxi when we departed. The apartment has the basics you need for a quick stay. We did 2 needed loads of laundry. Wifi was good. We got the bedroom AC to work, but it never got really cold, but it did cut the worst of the heat. Word of warning: If your rear is larger than a Size 20, the toilet will be a tight fit. Careful, as shifting may inadvertently turn on the bidet and soak your toes. Don't ask me how I know. ;)

I chose the apartment based on the reviews left. I made the right choice. Safe place. The apartment is clean and available. Khaled's dad is super nice and attentive. He didn't leave me in trouble with the charger. I 😊 called him and he was there right away. I recommend it. 👍😊

Mehdi and her father are very friendly, respectful, welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is very spacious and we immediately feel that the decoration was chosen by a cultured person. If I come back to Tunis, I'd like to stay there again.

The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

So beautiful and peaceful!! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our first night in Tunisia with my two adult children. Leila is so sweet and was so helpful with everything. Her and her husband went way above and beyond to help us with a rental care issue we had. The peace of mind they gave us was worth everything to us!! We were so happy we added on dinner for when we arrived. The food was AMAZING and served outside next to their beautiful pool with the most beautiful view!! Breakfast was also fantastic and served in their shaded and breezy pool house with amazing views all around! It is so hard to believe that this place is only minutes outside of Tunis. It is soooo quiet and peaceful and beautiful. Leila made our first night in Tunis so special and we are very grateful!

We had a pleasant stay in this large house! Spacious and very well equipped, it offers all the comforts necessary for a stay with family or friends. The private pool without a view is a real plus, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The location is perfect: the house is located in a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. An excellent starting point to discover La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd and the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the garden, the sunny terrace, the many bathrooms as well as the fully equipped kitchen. My mother and aunt felt at home. The hosting was warm and professional. I recommend this house without hesitation for a peaceful and successful vacation by the sea!

One of the best experience I've had .. I didn't have cash money because I landed so late at night and couldn't change. Taxi driver (Salim) that Sonia sent did not take money from me and got cash money for the day after to shop from Samira (the woman who works at Sonia ) , who got back then when I could exchange . My parents are so dear to flowers and got some flowers from Sonia's garden , which I appreciate tremendously of her.. Unfortunately couldn't swim much due to the weather, but a residence I highly recommend, clean and friendly residential host 😊❤️

We had a great time at this beautiful place! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the home was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Everything was as described, and even beyond our expectations. The garden is a haven of peace, and the pool, very well maintained, was pure happiness in the sun. The host was particularly welcoming and available throughout our stay, which greatly facilitated our experience. We felt right at home while enjoying an exceptional setting. Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!
