Condo holiday rentals in Arica

I recommend it 1000%. It's close to the sea and has everything you need for a short or long stay. There's everything, especially the kitchen, which is very well equipped. There's bedding to change and also warm clothes. Communication with the hosts was optimal. They helped me a lot with places of interest in the city. There was bottled water for at least two weeks. There's a lot of shopping nearby. It was fun to go to the traveling fairs that are nearby. I recommend it!!

The apartment met all my expectations. Well equipped, clean, easy access. The location of the excellent apartment, Playa and downtown just minutes away. Excellent welcome: Niko is very attentive, does a lot of services, for example he went to pick up my bus tickets. Lots of good advice. Apartment a little far from city center, accessible by transport only. Niko recommended me to take Uber, I think we can take the bus. On the other hand, close to the beach.

I loved the apartment. Andrea was always looking out for us. She looked for options to get around and offered to drop us off at the airport at an affordable cost for the type of trip. Also, due to a flight change by the airline, we had to stay one more night and it helped us a lot, since it charged us one more night. Exquisite place, quiet, friendly concierges 10 out of 10. You are steps away from Chinchorro beach, steps away from a liquor store, mini market, and restaurant. The only "but" of the apartment, the TV in the dining room did not work. Obviously, I would return 🙌🏻

Daniel friendly, the place is just as described , quiet place, next to a supermarket which made everything very easy for us since we were going with children . We were close to everything taxis and uber were very cheap for us.

The apartment was next to the boulevard, super central. The center is a couple of blocks away. The images correspond 100% to the leased apartment, this has a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 pieces, fully equipped with iron, towels, hair dryer, etc. The condominium where it is located is super quiet, there is 24/7 surveillance of the day. If I had to say something negative, it would be with respect to the maintenance of the apartment for example had damaged plates, air extractor of one of the bathrooms was not in operation and the floating floor caps were damaged... but that was not relevant as we loved the place and location. I recommend the place closed.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very conveniently located, close to downtown, commerce, restaurants and transportation. I thought that being next to the casino would be noisy, but not at all, very quiet. Due to a fortuitous event, we had some lack of coordination on arrival, but René and his family quickly solved it and were always attentive to everything during our stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent and fast service from the owner. Although it is a bit far away, there is transportation, it is very quiet, there is a swimming pool and a quincho, and it is a very good size in relation to its value.

The accommodation for 2 people was very good. When we arrived we found that it was very hot, but it was solved by opening the door and the window a little. Easy access, safe and with mini-markets to buy what you need. Francisca always kindly answered questions and was very friendly
