Kyoto Machiya Rental "Takasegawa Shichijo" is a fully renovated 115-year-old Kyoto Machiya. The Kyoto Machiya, which forms the beautiful scenery of Kyoto, has been remodeled into a building with high airtightness and thermal insulation performance so that you can spend comfortably in the hot and humid summers and cold winters unique to Kyoto, while retaining the structure of the time. From the Japanese-style room on the first floor, you can see the "roji" (the garden leading to the tea room) and the image of the tsubo garden. In addition, we have prepared a sofa in the hallway so that you can relax and enjoy the view of the tsubo garden. In the evening, you can spend a relaxing time while looking at the illuminated tsubo garden. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. If there are 5 or more guests, we will set up a futon in the Japanese-style room on the first floor for use as a bedroom. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided in the kitchen so that you can cook simple meals.

This is an ocean view room on the sea side of the Gem base in Suma building. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door will be open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train. Parking is not available on-site, so please use the pay parking lots nearby. The second floor is the main accommodation room, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely. It can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large grass terrace facing the sea on the premises ♪ (Please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts.
