The Italian Max and his wife Mariam have restored this house in an ancient and modern style at the same time. You can taste the flavor of old Gyumri but also the scent of the Italian style. We offer rooms with private bathroom, breakfast and homemade meals to order with Italian and Armenian cuisine, a shop where you can buy our designer souvenirs, a bar, a private garden.
