Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. Shared backyard and garden with the owner-occupied main house, you can feel free to help yourself to the vege patch. Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, kangaroos, echidnas and possums.
