Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Chrysanthemum-Nikomaria

Chrysanthemum is a one-storey, independent house, under the tennis court n the compound NIKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular. Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.
