Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

Hayatımda yaptığım en keyifli konaklamalardan biriydi! Burası doğayla iç içe, huzur dolu bir villa. Geniş bir arazinin içinde yer alıyor ve insan kendini adeta küçük bir tatil köyünde gibi hissediyor. Villanın her köşesi özenle düşünülmüş ve dekorasyonu oldukça otantik. Özellikle havuz alanı harika! Gün boyu güneş alıyor ve çevresinde büyük bir çim alana sahip. Sessizlik ve sakinlik arayanlar için birebir. Şehirden uzaklaşıp kafanızı dinlemek, dinlenmek ve doğayla bağ kurmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle doğru yerdesiniz. Aynı zamanda tüm olanaklar düşünülmüş — mutfak tam donanımlı, yataklar çok rahat, her şey tertemizdi. Geceleri gökyüzünde yıldızları izlemek bile başlı başına bir deneyim! Ev sahibi Arek de son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve konaklamamızın kusursuz geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Villaya yakın bir konumda ailesiyle yaşayan Volkan olabildiğince yardımcı oldu. Böyle bir yerde kalmak gerçekten ayrıcalıktı. Muhteşem bir ev.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Caner is such a friendly and attentive host. He is really patient and answered all my questions. There is a money exchange very close so you can change dollars or euros money gram. Also there are plenty of restaurants around the corner. Definitely recommend Caner place.

Berk was an outstanding host—highly communicative and consistently attentive to our needs during our stay in Istanbul. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the layout: the stroller could be left on the main level, the second floor featured a spotless living room and kitchen, and the third floor had well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit—an excellent feature given the summer heat in Istanbul. The house is situated on a very steep hill, which makes it difficult to push the stroller around however, it is very central to everything. The only concern was the staircase railings, which had wide gaps and may pose a safety risk for young children. However, Berk had thoughtfully provided child safety gates. If these are installed prior to the arrival of guests with children, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Bu dairede 2. Kalışımız ve herşey beklediğimiz gibiydi. Konumu, yatakların konforu, temizlik görevlilerin titizliği takdir edilesi. Çalışanlar işlerini olması gerektiği gibi iyi yapıyorlar. Daimi müşteri olduk artık her istanbula gelişimizde kaldığımız yer oldu. Öncesinde floryadaki diğer otellerindede kalmıştık ve yine aynı memnuniyeti duymuştuk.

Kendinizi evinizde , sessizlik ve huzur içinde hissetmek için herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, yeri ,konumu çok iyiydi.

Однозначно рекомендую этот апартмент! Жилье соответствует объявлению. Находится в 15-20 минутах от аэропорта. Просторная квартира. Есть необходимые удобства. Не далеко есть кафе. Хозяева очень внимательны, заботливы и отзывчивы. Могут помочь в решении вопросов туриста, в т.ч. такси др. Этаж первый, но это очень нормально, т.к район безопасный и тихий, только самолёты слышны в небе. Хусеин и его супруга, хозяева жилья, отличные молодые люди! Хусеин, просто выручил нас и согласился отвезти нас в 2 часа ночи в аэропорт за небольшую плату!!! В целом положительные впечатления, благодарю хозяев!

Ailenizle gidip deniz manzarası eşliğinde keyifli huzur dolu vakit geçirebileceğiniz bi ev. Şehir stresinden uzak ama şehre ve havaalanına yakın olması büyük avantaj. Benim birincil şartım"kedi kabul etmesiydi". Kum kabı bile vermeleri büyük jestti.Kapıdaki Mır Mır ve arkadaşlarının da büyük desteği oldu 😺. Dışarsı soğuktu ama ev sıcacıktı.Aynı zamanda tertipli düzenli tertemizdi.Nevzat Bey ve eşine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Airbnb de ilk deneyimimiz bu ev ile oldu. Gayet temiz, düzenli bir evdi. Daha sonraki deneyimlerimiz için burası bize referans olacak diye düşünüyorum. We had a fantastic stay at Nebiye's beautiful home near the Istanbul Airport (IST) during our family reunion. The house was spacious and comfortable, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a charming garden—perfect for accommodating our entire family. The tranquil surroundings were one of the highlights. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks, waking up to birdsong, and enjoying the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a true retreat, despite being just minutes from the airport. The location was ideal. The Black Sea coast—with its beach, harbor, and delicious seafood restaurants—was only about 20 minutes away and offered something for everyone. Central Istanbul and its major attractions were also easily accessible via the nearby highways. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
