We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, and we would highly recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Goa.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

We stayed at Harmony, Mr Alok’s place, for 3 days. Given my son was staying in BITS Pilani Goa campus, this was super convenient. Most importantly, the place feels like home. Not like many fancy but mostly unusable AirBnBs we stayed in. And almost as if we walked into one of our own relative’s place. Don’t think twice if you are looking to find a quiet home away from home.

Zennova Homes at Rio De Goa really felt home away from home....rather felt more peace than my real home. Clean inside & outside as well. Peaceful & secured society. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time!

We enjoyed our stay. Aknatwn was an amazing host. warm, responsive, and always willing to help. The cleaning crew was also wonderful, keeping the apartment in great shape throughout our long-term stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this place!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

This place is too good to describe in words, it’s like living inside lush green tropical forest with all 5* amenities. Beautiful villas, some rooms with open but private bathrooms, all en-suite, lovely peaceful sitting areas, lush green dense flora with amazing rainforest like plants giving total privacy and to top it all, lagoon style forest pool, what else can one ask for. The food is simply awesome, everything we ordered was pure class in taste and presentation. But all of it is a waste if the staff is not good. I found that every single staff we interacted with always had a pleasant smile and was always willing to go to extra mile to make our stay memorable. Alexson was leading the way in this and the guy is just amazing. Edison who leads F&B did not leave any stone unturned to ensure we had the most amazing culinary experience. Thank you guys, you deserve all the compliments. I recommend this property very highly.

This is the first BnB that I have experienced that is better than a 5 Star Hotel

Our stay at this place in Goa was absolutely fantastic! The property was stunning—premium, well-maintained, and perfect for a group getaway.
