And if you put your luggage with us on a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

We will be delighted to host you in our cottage where you can recharge your batteries and visit our region. Ideal for 2 adults and a child, the cottage consists of 2 spacious rooms with a private enclosed and wooded garden. Adjoining that of the owner, this accommodation offers independence and comfort in the small quiet and peaceful village of Villiers-le-Bois, located 2 hours from Paris and 10 minutes from CHAOURCE. You will find all the comforts you need for your stay, not overlooked.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Pour compléter ce cadre idyllique, vous trouverez sur place des jeux d'extérieur (pétanque, badminton), hamac, kayak et barbecue. Roulotte WA propose, en sus, thé, café, chips (offert) et Champagne Local en supplément. Possibilité de louer une deuxième roulotte avec cuisine (4 personnes + 2 enfants).

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
