This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Our stay at this countryside villa in Todi was nothing short of magical. The property itself is breathtaking — surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and the tranquil beauty of Umbria. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home with the added luxury of a sparkling pool overlooking the valley. Each morning felt like a dream as we sipped coffee under the pergola and watched the sun rise over the countryside. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warmth and generosity of our host. Claudia and Alessandro welcomed us with a tasting of Alessandro’s homemade olive oil, which was absolutely divine. They also offered a selection of local wines and even Claudia’s own natural skin care products, all crafted with care and authenticity. This stay was the perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and indulgence. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return.

One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. Our whole family loved our stay at Borgo Di Pianciano. The property is very serene and the house was perfect for a family gathering while in the area for a wedding. We loved gathering in the kitchen and dining room after long days of traveling to visit other cities like Spello, Trevi, Assisi and the Montefalco winery called Montione, which was amazing. We also had pizza made in the kitchen pizza-oven the evening of our arrival - which was fantastic and very relaxing. I have to say that Livia was one of the best hosts we have ever communicated with and also helped arrange some groceries from the local market for our arrival. She had so many great recommendations about the area and was always quick to respond. The groundskeepers family were also really helpful with rides and pickups around the area when we preferred not to drive. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t thank Livia, Cat & Daniella enough. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.
