Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arroyo

Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

Estadía excelente! Desde el momento en que llegamos, un lugar bien acogedor. El lugar estaba limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo . Todo estuvo super. Definitivamente volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%!

La estancia fue simplemente perfecta. El lugar estaba impecable, tal como se mostraba en las fotos, y tenía todo lo necesario para sentirme como en casa. Lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad del anfitrión: siempre estuvo disponible, fue muy atento y se aseguró de que no faltara nada durante mi visita. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

The house felt welcoming. It was very clean, organized, in a good location, and the instructions were easy to follow. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

The Rodriguez's house was amazing, Jose C answer all my question fast and gave us lost of good recommendations for places to eat. It was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The Rodriguez 's is comfortable, cozy, relaxing, quiet and clean. We didn't want to leave. We'll definitely book again for our next trip to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 ☺️

We loved our stay. It was private and the surroundings are very tropical.

It was great staying at Elaine's place it was very quiet and I felt like home. I loved it and next time I come to my town I would love to stay there again.

The place was great very clean and perfect I loved has the beach Cangrejo right across which is perfect! The pool is a plus as well thank for the stay my family loved it and we’re actually from here and it was impressive.

We stayed here for a work thing, and it was perfect for our needs. SO CLEAN. Five of us stayed comfortably, with AC'd bedrooms that PUMP the COLDEST AIR-- it was a much-needed escape from the heat!! Public areas in the unit don't have AC, but we didn't mind. Kitchen has used / sticky utensils and somwhat limited cooking supplies, but enough to get the job done. No oven (upstairs-- can't remember if there was one downstairs). The area is... charming. Stray dog fights at night made for exciting memories. The beach is literally 100 yards outside the patio door, but it's not quite the beach you'd go swimming in-- those beaches are a short drive down the road. But if you love a beautiful sunsets and peaceful sunrises made for pleasant evenings and mornings. All in all, I would certainly return!!

This Airbnb was perfect!!! I had family staying nearby so the travel distance was convenient. The host was very responsive and attentive to my request at all times! The views were beautiful and so was the home, it definitely contributed to the enjoyment and success of my trip and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others ❤️❤️🇵🇷

My wife and I had a great vacation. Condo had everything. Very clean. Area is terrific. Quiet, hidden Jewel. No complaints, only praise for Santos and his place.

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

Al llegar al lugar, el guardia qué nos recibió fue muy amable y muy simpático, ya desde ahí supe qué todo saldría bien. Y efectivamente, el alojamiento, la vista, las amenidades y la comunicación con Kathie, todo estuvo muy bien. Pasé un bonito día de las madres. Gracias Kathie, por compartir tú espacio.

We like staying at Luis apt. It is well equipped and private.

I can't say enough great things about my stay and the hosts communication. Place is clean and welcoming. I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. My children and I woke up to breathtaking ocean views in the morning as well as incredible stars scene at night via balconies or roof deck. I appreciate the guide that was custom made for visitors (located by the TV) which tells you about the local restaurants, tourist attractions and supermarkets. It was a big help. We also walked down to the private basketball court during the evening. There are 2 designating spots available. Place felt safe. This was great. I would say to anyone who books this stay that it is money well spent. I look forward to returning.

This place was beautiful. We loved it. clean, peaceful, quiet, really enjoyed our time there. Had a little bit of an issue every time we had to come back in thru the gate. It always took at least 6-7 minutes plus, because they seem not to ever have us on a list and had to call or verify or something but once past the gate, everything wonderful. Thank you for having us.
