Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s remote both in location and from modern life. You have space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Shepherds Hut View

Our handcrafted shepherds hut is set in its own idyllic secluded spot along the Mawddach estuary opposite the Cader Idris mountain range offering total peace and tranquillity. It has an open plan living space with a lovely cosy double bed a well equipped kitchen, table and chairs plus an en suite shower room. Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Lovely town house with large patio & south facing private garden. Uninterrupted sea views. Outdoor seating area for 6. Maximum of two well behaved dogs welcome. 2 onsite private parking spaces which is a rarity in Barmouth near the harbour. The Town house is fully equipped and modern. Features include Wi-fi , central heating, towels provided, two 50” smart tv’s. A separate lounge and dining area that seats 6 in comfort. The combination of house, garden, & parking we offer is unique.

Capel Seion Cottage, Eryri/Snowdonia, dogs welcome

Lovely traditional stone cottage, built originally as a chapel in 1806 in the village of Arthog in Eryri/Snowdonia National Park with beautiful mountain views. 5 minutes from the railway at Morfa Mawddach (5 mins to Barmouth), or a fab walk. Just a few metres from the stunning Mawddach Trail, it is the ideal location for a wide range of outdoor activities such as hill walking, mountain biking, pony trekking and close to Fairbourne beach with its famous steam railway. Pets welcome.

Sea Front Open Plan Apartment with Free Parking

Sea Breeze Apartment is a beautifully presented and recently refurbished ground floor apartment with sea views and an outside seating area. It’s one of just 4 apartments in a recently renovated Victorian building on the sea front. Ideally situated in the heart of Barmouth with parking outside, Sea Breeze has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a good size lounge with a feature bay window and seating from which to enjoy the lovely views.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.
