This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

The two women are just perfectly warm hosts who were so kind to me about everything. We had great conversations and I felt so welcomed into their home. I would totally recommend staying with them!

What can I say but wow. A beautiful home with a great attic bedroom/bathroom/living space. Everything you could want in a room and more. Loved the products in the bathroom, such a lovely touch. Spotlessly clean. Slept really well, the beds and pillows really comfy. Maralyn was the perfect host. So friendly and welcoming. Would defo return and recommend to family and friends.

A clean and quiet room in a pleasant neighborhood, with easy access to the city by car or bus. Richard and Maggie are amicable and hospitable hosts. They offered great recommendations on everything from transportation and food, to attractions in the city and region.
