The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

The spring house is a very cozy space. It was really worth booking with Otávio. Very practical checkin and checkout with all the details clearly explained by it. We certainly recommend and when we return to Holambra we will try to repeat the experience.

Great, comfortable and well-equipped house. Just a suggestion to put a double bed in one of the rooms that doesn't have one and improve the shower in the bathroom that is between the two rooms. Everything else is fine. Alana always responds immediately when I need her, I highly recommend her and would definitely come back.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. The place is amazing! Those were very good days! The space is really great for those looking for a quiet place to be in touch with nature! The children had a lot of fun fishing and boating, we were able to be in contact with native animals of the region such as monkeys and exotic birds. The house and the space are great. The sand court and the soccer field are excellent. Really nice barbecue area. The fireplace area needs large wood. A bag of firewood is not enough because the place is too big. Overall, very top. We'll be back soon.

Good location, close to the center and at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. Everything was perfect, I will definitely come back more often with my family. The house has everything you need for a good stay, it has appliances, the hosts respond quickly. Only the location was disappointing because it was far from the tourist spots. The city is small and it is difficult to get transportation.
