Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Aruba

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Miguel's place! It's a spacious second floor above their home with a really lovely balcony where we spent most mornings drinking coffee and reading. The view at sunset was great as well! It was a three minute drive to the beach, and grocery stores and restaurants are very close too. The wifi worked well and we felt at home. Raquel was so friendly and helpful as well! She had so many local recommendations and checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed - such kind hosts! The provided beach chairs and cooler were also so helpful and saved us from having to rent chairs. This was the perfect base for our vacation in Aruba and I would recommend it to anyone!

Great pictures are accurate The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and are always willing to answer questions. The place is quiet, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is delicious and there is variety in the options. The surroundings of the place are not the cutest, however it is very short drive to uptown. I would definitely recommend the place.

This was our second stay in Aruba and our first at Alto Vista. It is located outside of the Hub of Norde providing a lovely indoor and outdoor sanctuary after a tiring day exploring Aruba. This location requires a car rental, which is our preference. Any concerns we had were responded to efficiently i.e. one of the beach chairs needed replacing and TJ took care of it immediately. Outdoors there are numerous sitting areas and while this area is shared by 4 rentals we enjoyed it immensely for sitting, dining, barbecuing and cooling off in the pool, The surrounding area is a forest of Cacti with diverse animal life including birds, lizards and wild goats. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider a return visit should we be in Aruba again.

My sister and I stayed for 7 nights in #5 and we 100% recommend Beach House Aruba. If you want to be close to the amenities of the high rise district and but stay like a local in a "local paradise" near some of the best beaches on the island, this is it. You are right across the street (NOT busy) from Palm Beach/Malnock Beach (wind surfing/kite surfing), walking distance to the snorkeling hot-spots Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina, and a short drive to Arashi Beach. We loved the outdoor kitchen and never want to cook inside again! The room itself was very good size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modernized, and the ac worked great and was silent. Wilson and Anna took great care of us and were there for anything we needed. Ewald and Doris take immense pride in what they've built at Beach House Aruba. They exude hospitality, truly care about the guest experience, and made our stay unforgettable. Beach House Aruba is a true gem. We'll be back!

The Coconut Inn is a delightful inn for the money spent. The kitchen could use a few more amenities but the daily maid service was very nice. They also keep the pool very pristine.

We had a great stay in Aruba! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The sunset views from the 4th-floor terrace were stunning, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Eagle Beach and close to excellent restaurants. Sylvia was a friendly and welcoming host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fue REALMENTE una buena estadia, la predisposicion y el manejo de otros idiomas de Reny es excepcional. Tuve anfitriones negados a intentar comunicarse en Español. Practico, ejecutivo, discreto, aparecia solo lo necesario y SIEMPRE p/ resolver alguna necesidad. El lugar es muy bonito, calido y organizado con el plus de un supermercado EN FRENTE y principalmente equidistante a todos los lugares a conocer a todos los puntos cardinales d la isla. Todo pedido razonable de equipamiento que segun tus habitos le faltaran al dpto en el primer dia de uso me proveyo NUEVO con el mejor animo. Tambien d destacar que confie en rentar al llegar vehiculo por que hay muchas agencias frente al aeropuerto pero x la temporada no encontre NADA y ese mismo dia d llegada me lo resolvio Renny consiguiemdome un auto particular a MEJOR precio que los publicados, automatico y de bajo consumo. Los dptos d arriba hasta tienen juego d patio p desayunar en el exterior . Tiene PARRILLA😃 . VOLVERIA TODA LA VIDA

I enjoyed my time at Tals place, it felt like home away from home. The views from the balcony were amazing. All of our excursions transportation operators were easily able to locate us. we were close to resteraunts, casino, beach, and supermarkets. everything was walking distance so no real need for a rental car. The concierge were amazing as well and very atentive only thing is it had like a smell but cracking the windows and spray helped alot and we were very close to the airport

Estancia placentera, muy cerca a todos los lugares de la capital de Aruba, en el apartamento está bastante limpio, solo recomendaría que máximo es para cuatro personas, nosotros fuimos cinco y tuvimos ligero inconvenientes por el espacio,  aparte de ello, muy buena estancia.

The rental is part of a resort. It's a nice hotel, not super fancy. We opted to not do the AI as it was $200/day PP- we bought coffee and stuff for breakfast and just had dinner out. The private beach is wonderful, very clean and free huts and chairs. The pools are very nice too. Most of the restaurants at the resort are just kind of meh(again they're part of an all inclusive) they have shuttles that can take you to all parts of the resort, 4 hotels in total I believe. it is kind of far from everything else though. Shops and individual restaurants so if you like going out and about often, you may want to rent a car. We went to the grocery store the first day about a 10 minute walk from the farthest point the shuttle will drop you off at which was great. I would suggest trying to stay Sat-Sat as they made us move on Sat due to many new guests coming in and it took 2 hours out of a day we had rented a 4 wheeler for. Jason was very responsive.

Beautiful peaceful place, Rosanna was very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and felt right at home.

Very responsive host! Highly recommend for families especially because of the proximity to the pool. Had everything we needed for our stay, and we loved the private hot tub for the evening since the pool closes early at 8pm. Eagle beach was just a short walk away, and it was our favorite over Palm Beach. Baby Beach is around a 40-45 minute drive away and is highly recommended for those with kids. It's the best for snorkeling over Eagle and Palm beaches. The grocery store, Super Foods, was just a couple minutes drive away. There's also a C-Mart that was around 10-15 minutes away that is kind of a cross between a Walmart and Big Lots in the US. The only negative with the property was that there was one security guard that just seemed miserable with his job or absolutely hates tourists. He wasn't very pleasant to interact with, so just wave and smile when he's there (no questions). All in all, great value for the location and amenities.
