We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

The stay was simply perfect! The house is very clean, well cared for and super cozy, just like in the photos. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which allowed us to make the most of the sunny days without having to worry about commuting. The beach is wonderful, with clean and calm waters, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. We will definitely return at a next opportunity. The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. The house that I saw on Airbnb and that we loved from the first moment was even more beautiful in person. All the perfect details, the impeccable towels, the sheets, the appliances, the pool, every corner of the garden or the house invited you to enjoy them. The tableware is more than complete and beautiful, everything has been a real pleasure and I recommend that you do not hesitate. Peggy and Fernando, who received us, were super attentive and helpful. The proximity to the beach and places to eat too! If you're reading this review, don't hesitate, I assure you that you'll enjoy it. We'll be back!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

House very comfortable and with a wonderful view. The pictures can't show everything and we were positively surprised when we arrived at the site. Luana, which has been with us throughout the stay, very good cuisine, is super attentive and made our experience even more special.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

The accommodation is the same as in the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.
