Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arusha Urban

This house and the whole compound is big and made of high grade wood (maybe mahogany). There are hardly any mosquitoes or flies. The owner did a great job on that. The house and entire compound are very clean. My kids loved it. Cons: the owner needs to improve on communication, including about Wi-Fi usage, etc. The owner left his family photos in the house, which kind of ruined the vacation mood everyday we had to look at that reminder we are in someone else’s home. Also, the master bath is ok, but not big enough, especially the very small vanity/sink, to match the beauty of the house. The time of the year we were there was very cold and no good heating options in the house. Overall: the stay was worth it. I highly recommend this place.

While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

It was an amazing experience to stay at the house, thanks for all the services. Everyone should experience it :)

Amazing atmosphere.. In btwn a farm.. The sound of beds in the morning was just out of this world.. The fire in the night.. Great host, friendlier staff.. The place was cleaned daily, changed sheets and towels daily. Wouldn't look for another place, next time I'm inArusha

Amazing place.

It was pleasure staying at Asella’s place. Lovely host. I’d stay there again. She was attentive to detail and went out of her way to ensure that our stay with our infant was as comfortable as could be. Her place is tastefully decorated and exactly as in the pictures.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem Sammy’s Gastfreundschaft ist unübertroffen. Er begleitete uns immer wieder in die Stadt und wir verbrachten nette Abende beim Essen. Danke Sammy, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely and helpful staff, quiet environment, clean, separated sitting room and comfortable bedroom with a good mattress. Strong WiFi, great location, good, clean, and functional showers and towels. Ample parking.

We enjoyed staying at Vicky's spacious place, which is located in a quiet area in PPF. We were oit most of the time, but Jerry was there to take care of everything. Thank you, Vicky

My stay at Mary spot was excellent. Her place is surrounded by the beauty of Nature. The Dada's cook excellent meals as well. Fyi... for transportation you may need to walk to Fun retreat resort for a bolt car or atleast on one of the main roads by Mary house to catch a boda boda. Overall, I think her place is good value for your money.

Magnifique maison très agréable à vivre grâce a ses grands espaces et sa luminosité. On a l’impression d’être en harmonie avec la nature. Tout est réuni pour un séjour idyllique à Arusha. On peut alterner journées paisibles et littéraires au bord de la piscine ou découverte des lieux aux alentours. Excellent point de départ pour les activités : Arusha park, source d’eaux chaudes de Chemka, marchés locaux… Le personnel est bienveillant et a l’écoute des besoins. Excellent!

The house was comfortable, good finishing, good furniture, excellent set up, fully and well equipped kitchen, clean garden. The maid and security guard were very friendly and helpful. I felt at home. Regrettably we were too busy to enjoy this property. I have been to many Airbnb properties but this is the first facility I felt at home and relaxed. Congratulations Spes and keep it up

Peter's hospitality is truly out of this world - he made us feel at home and had everything organized from cleanliness to chef to a team to assist us when we needed anything. 🍵🌳 The cozy accommodations is a perfect blend of comfort and charm, with enough space for the whole crew to spread out and relax.
