🏡 Newly renovated apartment with a great location. Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the apartment is right on the edge of nature, you live very centrally. ♨️ A sauna and hot tub are available for an additional fee. They are located on the side of the house with a nice view of the countryside. The price: NOK 600 for either the sauna or the hot tub, and NOK 1,000 if you want to use both for two hours. This must be arranged with the host well in advance, as they will warm up the space and get everything ready for you.

One bedroom with bed (120 cm). Nice and bright basement app. (35 sq.m) in a quiet street. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Only 10 min walk to the center (1 km) where you find the train and bus station, grossery, cinema, library and liquor store. The train take you to Oslo in 17 minutes or Moss in 25 minutes. The bus take you to Tusenfryd in 15 min. 15-20 min walk to the Norwegian University of Life Science. Norways most beautiful Campus!

The apartment is located 15 mins walk from Ås city center and Ås train station (18 min with train from Oslo central station), and a 12 min bike ride from the campus of NMBU. The apartment is quiet, well equipped, have good standard, and two terraces with sun the whole day. You will rent the whole apartment and it accommodate up to four visitors, with two sleeping in the bed room and two sleeping on the sleeping sofa in the living room. Welcome!
