Hege is a very nice and friendly host. The place is great, it’s cozy, clean, comfortable, with a nice water view. We enjoyed our stay, and we definitely recommend Hege’s place!

We had a wonderful time at Benediktes place in Bergen. The apartment is beautiful and cozy and the view is stunning. There are many hiking trails waiting at the doorstep. Benedikte is absolutely friendly and the check-in, communication and renting were very uncomplicated. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Bergen, the tram into the city centre runs from outside the building. The supermarket and bakery in the same building means you don’t have to go looking.

Beautiful house not far from Bergen, in a stunning location! There are many hikes nearby. The hosts are extremely kind and always available if needed. You can have a barbecue and eat in the garden. We loved our stay here!

Lene was a wonderful host! Excellent communication, very responsive. Quiet for sleeping and relaxing. Short bus ride to city center for dining and shopping. Busses come frequently.

We loved our time in Bergen! This cozy cottage was perfect for a girls trip with my mom and daughter. It’s tucked away between some houses in a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk to town. Everything we needed was supplied, including warm slippers! It’s close to a grocery store, bakery (obviously important when you’re in Norway) and the tram to the airport. The heated stone floor entryway was a favorite thing for us to come back to on rainy days. We were all enamored with this house, and so glad we chose to stay there.

Wir hatten als kleine Familie eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Schon bei der Ankunft haben uns kleine Aufmerksamkeiten begrüßt – so eine schöne Geste! Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, super sauber und unglaublich gemütlich. Das Highlight war der traumhafte Ausblick auf Bergen, den wir sehr genossen haben. Auch die Lage war ideal - ruhig, aber alles gut erreichbar mit oder ohne Auto. Parkmöglichkeit (mit E-Ladeoption) vor der Tür oder kostenfrei etwa 8 min zu Fuß entfernt die Straße hoch. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Ann is a great host. The apartment is absolutely stunning with a mesmerising view of the mountains. Its a pristine surrounding. With the mountains staring right outside the balcony what else do you need for a vacation! It was an amazing experience alltogether. The apartment is well organised and very clean. If I ever again come in Bergen, I would want to stay here. Highly recommended to anyone coming to Bergen, the city of seven mountains!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und sehr gut gelegen. Kevin war ein super Gastgeber – immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!

Veldig fin leilighet med sentral beliggenhet og enkel parkering. Hadde alt av kjøkkenutstyr. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Christen is unlike any other host. He met me at the bus stop and helped me with the luggage. He has a handwritten book of recommendations on where to eat and what to do, along with helpful instructions for the stay. He had left a bottle of wine, and cookies and coffee for me, which was very thoughtful. The place is super walkable to the city centre and the tour/airport bus stops. While central, it’s also tucked away from all the city centre madness and thereby offers a quiet and relaxing place to stay after a busy day of exploring the beauty of Norway. Christen was very friendly, flexible and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Bergen (as long as they don’t mind climbing up a few flight of stairs). Thanks for the lovely time in Bergen, Christen! Hope to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the incredibly beautiful city of Bergen. :) Cheers!

Perfect base for a few days exploring Bergen, Norway! The Fløibanen funicular ran every 30 minutes from the mid-station nearby, making it super easy to get to the city center and back. The apartment is located in the basement, so even with 24°C outside, it stayed cool and comfortable inside. There are no windows, but it didn’t feel closed in at all—especially in the bedroom, where the darkness made it perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bed was amazing—we slept incredibly well. The kitchen is small but fully usable, and the air fryer was a great touch! Svein also gave us a tip about a viewpoint just behind the house with beautiful views over Bergen. Definitely worth a visit. A cozy and quiet place to stay while enjoying everything Bergen has to offer!

Reviews Frank’s home is ideally located to experience the very best that Bergen has to offer! A quick, 10 minute walk down the hill from the apartment puts you in the middle of the Bryggen district, with the Bryggen’s Museum, the Fununicular Railway, the Fish market, and a multitude of coffee cafés, restaurants and bakeries. The apartment itself is in a quiet neighborhood, with cobblestone streets and architecturally-interesting, wooden apartment buildings. The home is well-stocked and comfortable, with views looking down onto the historic downtown area of Bryggen. Frank is a kind and responsive host… quick to respond to your questions and helpful in getting you where you want to go. He stopped in and greeted us when we first got there, and was happy to answer any and all questions we had about the area. Our stay there was a delight!

Mr. Simon is a great host, very thoughtful!!! We noticed he prepared lots of travel essentials that you might packed or forgot. And he even let us check out very late since we have evening flight. The house is big enough for family of 5 or more, clean and organized!!! Two grocery stores nearby, good location to anywhere. I would definitely recommend his house to everyone who wants to have a great stay in Bergen!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ole’s place very much. The tidy and bright apartment fitted our needs perfectly. The location is great - to the city center either by a walk through a park or by a short bus trip. Ole was very kind, answered quickly and welcomed us friendly.

Wonderful little apartment in a very convenient location in the city centre. Marita met us for check-in an explained everything perfectly. The place is as described and pictured. Quiet and cozy and good to have an elevator up to the top floor. The balcony is a nice touch. Once out of the front door and around the first corner you are in the thick of everything in downtown Bergen. Tomas and Marita are wonderful hosts and their apartment is an absolute credit to them. We will return.

Kine und Peter haben eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung geschaffen, in der wir uns sofort Zuhause und wohl gefühlt haben. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern war jeden Tag aufs Neue beeindruckend. Kine hat uns persönlich begrüßt, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir haben viel in der Nähe erleben, doch auch längere Ausflugsziele gut mit dem Auto erreichen können. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit unserer Zeit bei Kine und etwas traurig, dass wir nun weiterreisen. Wir hoffen auf eine Wiederholung. :)

Kristiyana is great and the apartment is too! We had a minor tv problem and Kristiyana was there in a flash to fix it with a smile. Her suggestions were amazing and the LOCATION is perfect. It’s quiet despite being only an eight minute walk from Bergen’s active, historic, bustling and enchanting waterfront area. She suggested the trip to Rosendal by boat and the history of the Barony there from the late 1600’s, the manicured gardens and amazing food are all first rate. We were VERY happy with this experience!!

Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und schön modern. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und wie zuhause. Randy ist super freundlich, führt einen durch die Wohnung und hat viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft - ein phantastischer Fjord und viel Ruhe. Sehr abgelegen und die engen Straßen erfordern ein Talent beim Rückwärtsfahren. Aber dafür ist der kleine Ort perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man findet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer mit der großen Badewanne ist ein Traum! Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist unbezahlbar. Unglaublich zu beobachten, wie bei Regen mehrere Wasserfälle entstehen!

We found Lars to be the perfect host .He was very helpful and made it easy for us to be orientated with the area on arrival. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped . The location was also lovely and the view from the apartment was great . Perfect location after a tiring day sightseeing. Near restaurants , supermarkets and bars. We would highly recommend it .
