We stayed 5 nights at Erica n Evans townhouse last week. The place is amazing. No detail has been spared. Beautifully decorated and all the furnishings are first class. Very quiet area n peaceful too. Could of stayed much longer. The hosts are very friendly n all questions were answered almost immediately. When we go back to visit Melbourne again this is the place for us.

Laura has to be one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we’ve come across on Airbnb. She went out of her way to make our stay with our toddler as easy and comfortable as possible (even sourcing a cot that we could use). We stayed a week at Laura’s place and found it to be a good base for our time in Melbourne. The kitchen and bathroom are perhaps a little dated, but overall the apartment has everything you’d need for a short or long stay. The private courtyard also made the space feel bigger and less like an apartment. We would stay again.

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

Mishma was incredibly friendly and helpful with finding the home and gave us amazing recommendations on what to do around the area whilst we were there! The house is gorgeous and exactly as described with very comfortable beds and pillows. The tram stop was right out the front door and took us directly into the city in 20 minutes. It was an absolutely perfect weekend in Melbourne thank you Mishma
