Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. Great holiday place 12 months a year!

Fun in the mountains

Cozy fully equipped family cabin with 3 bedrooms, shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. Well suited for a large family but can also fit two small ones. WiFi, electricity, water and firewood. Bathe in the sun and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in the morning from the large veranda. Experience mountain nature with trails that along the waterfall will lead you to the top overlooking Ørevatn with its long shallow coast at Skjerka. Swimming and fishing opportunities. In winter, there is a popular alpine resort a stone's throw away.

Bortelid large, newer cottage

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

The sunny terrace is perfect for relaxing. Nearest supermarket (Bortelid Mat) 4.2 km.

Hytte med 3 soverom med dobbeltsenger i samtlige soverom. Dobbel luftmadrasser kan benyttes. Mer enn 6 pers. + kr. 200,- pr person. Ett bad + toalett i 2 etg. To stuer, en nede med Tv (må ta Apple tv e.l) en stor loftstue oppe med TV (altibox), wifi, Bod til oppbevaring av mat samt smøring av ski.. Ca. 4 km til alpint skisenter og matbutikk. Tursti med gapahuk rett nedenfor hytta. Stor terrasse, sol hele dagen. Plass til to biler rett ved inngang. Husk utvask foretas av leier. Ikke sko inne.

Denne praktiske og innbydende hytta ligger høyest på fjellet, med fantastisk panoramautsikt, rikelig med sol hele dagen, usjenerende plassering og kort vei til både turløyper. Hytta har: 5 soverom med sengeplass til 10 personer 2 toalett + 1 bad med dusj og badstue. Koselig uteområde med utemøbler og bålpanne Elbillader. 1 sekk vedsekk inkludert, mer ved kan kjøpes på hytta (100,- stk). Strøm inntil 50kr inkludert pr dag. Dere må vaske ut selv (Juli/august).

Hytta ligger i et lite hyttefelt og ble renovert av oss i 2023/2024 Vi har plass til 4 personer 3 soverom, 3 senga Sov 1 ( seng 150 x200) Sov 2 ( seng 160x200) Sov 3 ( seng 90 x 200) åpent kjøkken/stue, 1 bad, stor inngang. Inkludert: -strøm og vann. -Sengetøy/ håndklær -Internet På bestilling: gratis Babyreiseseng, barnestol Vennligst forlat hytta ryddig og ren ved avreise. Kjæledyr er ikke tillatt.
