This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Puddler's Cottage

Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. Stannington has a pub and farm shop and is only 5 miles from the market town of Morpeth. The Annexe is spacious and versatile, suitable for wedding guests, business travellers, family staycations, or stopovers whilst travelling north or south.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village
Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

Sunrise Cottage is a modern and stylish 2 bedroom home. It can accomodate a family of 4 or 2 couples. There are 2 free parking bays available. There are 2 toilets and there is a washing machine. It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.
