The location was quiet and private. Wish we had more time to sit on the porch and relax, it was so nice. The house was impeccably clean and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans, utensils, etc. the house was comfortable and in good condition.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for — clean, peaceful, and just as described in the listing. The space was beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout, and everything was in great condition. It felt cozy and inviting from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. No surprises — just a really great stay in a beautiful part of Vermont. I’d absolutely come back again.

This was our second stay at Paula's house in Laconia. The house matches the description & photos in the listing. Our stay was very comfortable & enjoyable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood & is close to town. We are already reserved for next year!

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! Our outings were in Meredith so the 20 minute drive was easy and well worth being somewhere more quiet especially during bike week. The house was clean & matched the pictures on the listing. Overall, we loved the house, it was charming and cute and had everything we needed! This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very quiet, beautiful light at dawn and dusk with open views. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is really easy to cook in. We felt right at home!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close to Plymouth State University- we enjoyed graduation weekend here and would absolutely love to come back for a summer vacation (water access at the end of the street) or winter ski trip with the family. There was so much space for us to spread out - two living room spaces and a porch - kitchen is beautiful and well set up . We highly recommend staying here! Megan was a great host, clearly communicated with us and was available to us if needed when we were there.

Lovely place. Nice and quiet with lots of natural light. The bed and couch were super comfy and the sheets were so soft! Check-in and out were easy, the place was clean and pleasant and I will definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area. If you take a baking class at King Arthur Flour like I did, this is a great place to stay - less than 15 min away.

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

Laurie is a wonderful host. Her home was a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.

We really enjoyed this space as our landing zone while in NH. We had 2 families staying near us and our location was perfect for meeting up with them when we wanted. Cute towns nearby and not far to see a nice view! Host was great with clean space and nice snacks for us. Loved the garden out front, too!

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Highly recommend Chris and Jen's place! It is extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. It's in an excellent location in town, and we were very happy with our stay here!

Great place to stay for a weekend; the apartment was very clean and had many useful and thoughtful items in it (e.g. pots and pans, a coffee maker, extra toilet paper, dish/cleaning supplies, a hairdryer etc). We also appreciated that there were helpful little labels around the house and apartment for important light switches, the AC control vs the heat thermostat control, the hallway light, and the garage trash and recycle cans. The only thing we couldn't find and needed was a fly swatter; it's the tail-end of black fly season up north and we had to swat about 30 large flies right after arrival. One thing to note; this apartment is pet friendly, which was wonderful, but it is up a steep set of un-carpeted stairs. Our large dog found them slippery and it took a few tries before he was able to go up and down them without being afraid.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Had a great time catching up with college friends at Robert’s place! The location was amazing and the indoor amenities were great to have given it was a rainy weekend. Just a reminder to pack towels if you have more than 6 going (as described in the listing- just two are provided per bathroom). Only complaint would be that there’s blinds but no curtains so just be aware if you wanted to sleep in but get woken easily with the sun. Overall- had such a great time and would recommend to all! Thank you.

I had a great experience at Mike’s AirBNB. It was very nice and clean. The AirBNB is in a great location within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping plaza’s. This AirBNB is listed at a very reasonable and fair price. Mike reached out to make sure I didn’t have any trouble checking in. This was a perfect place to stay for Laconia Bike Week. I had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean little stay . We only stayed one night since we were just driving through but will definitely consider staying again and longer next time !

The view is spectacular!!!!I could not stop looking at the view,the condo flat was clean and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect .Highly recommend .

Great condo, great resort, great area. no issues. What's not to like?

Our stay was great. We could easily walk downtown to the bike rally and also got free bike shows from our window. If you’re ever going to Laconia Bike Rally, this is a great place to stay!
