Hello & welcome to our home! We offer one double bedroom to guests with a shared bathroom as well as other shared amenities such as kitchen / dining room and lounge. This location is great for the MOD, UWE, Southmead Hosp. and Airbus which are all within walking distance. It also offers access to Bristol City Centre (2 miles away) either by bus from Filton Avenue or Train from Filton Abbeywood both of which are around a 6 min walk to the nearest stop! On quiet road next to the Count Cricket Ground, only minutes away from the vibrant Gloucester Road with its many independent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. An ideal base to explore and visit the 2 universities and surrounding countryside.

The Cubby ‘Tincture Tailor’

Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room.

2 Bed Flat by Train station

The flat is situated next to the new Ashley Down Train station that was opened in 2025. A very large 2 bed home with sash windows 9ft high. This is situated in the old station hotel and just a short walk you will find Aldi, Lidl and a Home Bargains on the Muller Road. There is free parking on the road and adjoining roads. I am just in the process of having the flat redecorated and new beds and furniture purchased so new photos will be posted around the 10th June.
