A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.

This entire self contained granny flat is yours! Two large bedrooms with ample storage space. Master boasts walk in wardrobe, second bedroom offers three large wardrobes. Ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning to the living area. Full size kitchen and generous bathroom with bath and a shower big enough for the whole gang! Your downtime can be filled with games of table tennis or a soak in the magnesium pool which is shared with the main house. Private Lock up garage and laundry.

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind & relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.
