Beachfront holiday rental in Ashtabula County

Lots of space in the house! Beautiful views! They kept it clean, and the office is right next to it if you need anything. Yes, it could use a little updating, but, for the value, it's clean, roomy, right on the water, and at the beginning of the strip! We had a great time in a family long weekend getaway!

Couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Debbie's loft in Geneva on the Lake. The property is spacious and well-kept. Plenty of amenities, including kitchen cabinets and drawers stocked with just about any kitchen gadget you would need to prepare meals, as a well as a shelf full of DVDs and board games for a night of entertainment. Central air + ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable throughout. Huge bathroom with a walk in shower and a multi-level deck around the back of the house overlooking Lake Erie. A couple of dreary weather days were the only downside to our trip. Debbie was friendly, greeting us whenever we crossed paths and offered recommendations on nearby places to eat. We would definitely stay here again, no questions asked.

I can’t stay enough about this rental. We stayed here Thursday through Sunday and the weather wasn’t great but we had a great time just staying in and spending time together. And again the views were beautiful. Would love to stay with Monica again and we definitely recommend it. Looking forward to staying there again! thank you Monica! Our stay was even better than we expected! The space is beautiful - pictures don't do it justice. We were traveling with 5 adults and 2 kids, and we never felt cramped. The pictures do not do the space justice. Rachel was immediately responsive when we messaged about a smoke detector chirping and was super flexible with us about check out time. The house was stocked with everything we needed and is super comfy. The surroundings are so peaceful. We loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the birds fly over the river. If you are a super light sleeper or sensitive to noise, the dogs upstairs might bother you. One of our guests is a light sleeper and struggled a bit with that, but that is truly the only downside. We had such a comfortable stay that our only real complaint was not having as much time to spend enjoying the Airbnb since we were in town for a wedding! Thank you for a great stay! We'd happily stay again if we find ourselves in Ohio in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, conveniently-located, and comfortable home. We appreciated how helpful and responsive the host was. It’s easy to get to all that GOTL has to offer, and we even did a day trip to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll HoF and the aquarium. We’re already talking about staying here again next year and for even longer.

We enjoyed our family weekend. Great location, GOTL within walking distance. The Grandkids enjoyed the beautiful beach park that was a 3 min walk. The house is very cute with amazing views. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The only suggestion would be to have upgraded beds.

Great place. Very clean. Comfy. Within driving distance of attractions. We would stay here again. A few things to note. Shower is dark. There is no kitchen table.

All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

The condo was even better than the pictures. Super roomy and very well stocked. It was close to walk to the strip, but far enough away to be calm and quiet. And just a few miles to countless wineries. A great getaway for our girls weekend!

Michael was a great host and his place will be our new home away from home. It is the perfect getaway in every way imaginable. An amazing view of the lake!! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait until our next trip to Michael’s condo and GOTL.

Shells On The Beach was first rate in all phases. The view of the Lake was simply wonderful. Near to the wine country and wonderful restaurants and the wonderfully quirky Strip of GOTL. We were floored with the modern appeal, spaciousness of the rooms and complete amenities. Will definitely be back.

this place was beautiful exactly as pictured. lots of room and right on the water. the view was amazing. Scott was very responsive. we had an issue with the microwave and he came right over. highly recommend

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. She loves Lake Erie so I was looking for a place close to the lake. You can’t get much closer to the Lake than this place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding property with excellent view of the Lake. Everything clean and easy to find inside. Scott gave very clear instructions for entry and was very gracious with offers of assistance. Would most definitely stay again in the future.

When we walked in the place looks even better in person than in the photos. The house was extremely clean, which is very important to me. I was sent an email message with the information to check in. Everything went smooth no issues along with checkout process. The only thing I let Steve know is the one door with the king bed was very difficult to shut, which they need to shave down a part of the top corner in order to close without trying to break it. I was worried that we would break it trying to close the door, the only other thing was we weren’t sure about heater air-conditioning. It was comfortable but we wanted it cooler at one point and when we turned it to cool on the thermostat we didn’t notice any temperature change or hear any air coming out anywhere not sure if there is central air or not in the previous photos, it showed air condition so I’m not sure if they just weren’t put in yet thinking it wouldn’t be needed yet. We would Definitely go back again.
