The Tallet, Self-Contained Country Annex

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the small village of Ashton Keynes, perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. Entire guesthouse includes Kitchenette and Bathroom. King size bed. Amazing views from the bedroom/living area windows, overlooking farmland with plenty of wildlife. Two additional single guest beds if required (suitable for children). TV. Free WiFi and private parking. Pet friendly, one small/medium dog welcome, fees apply. Dogs must not be left unattended.

The Annex

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

The studio is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away, with the thames path countryside walks on your door step and fresh country air in abundance. Wifi, Netflix , Disney + included The Studio is a comfortable space with an Ensuite shower room, comfy sofa and kingsize bed and free parking. Located in a beautiful village within the Cotswold water park area you are spoilt for choice of things to do locally, with water sports, lakeside dining, South Cerney beach all on your door step.

The Carthorse Barn. 2 bedroom barn conversion.

The Carthorse Barn is a two bedroom barn conversion, sitting in the heart of the Cotswold lakes on a working smallholding with a small number of pigs and hens. The Cotswolds lakes offer a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Just five miles away lies the market town of Cirencester, regarded as the heart of the Cotswolds, a perfect place for fine dining or shopping.

Self-Contained Equipped Cotswolds Studio + Garden

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.

Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Traditional Cotswolds stone cottage on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ashton Keynes in the centre of the Cotswold Water Park. This self-contained cottage is attached to the main farm house and provides a spacious and comfortable base to enjoy the Cotswold villages and the huge range of activities in the Water Park: walks, cycling, golf, water sports. Walk by the fledging River Thames in the village and visit the White Hart pub.

The Well House, Poulton

A quintessential Cotswolds cottage, the perfect place to call home for as long or short as you’d like. A spacious self contained suite with a lounge area, single bedroom and en-suite shower room, it's the perfect retreat to escape to the countryside and explore what the beautiful Cotswolds has to offer. Please note, The Well House does not have a kitchen, but a kettle, microwave and fridge are provided along with crockery and cutlery.
