Holiday rentals with beach access in Ashvem Beach

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or to explore the area, I would highly recommend staying here!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. The house was very clean and an all amenities were functional without any complaints. Highly recommend this AirBnB for a convenient and relaxed stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was in excellent condition and perfectly suited for our group of 7 friends. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great cafes. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, and made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely revisit in the future.

Beautifully maintained 140+ year old home. Nice location!. The house can be a little spooky if you are less than 4 people as it is a really old house. But overall we had a great time at the property and amazed but how well a 140 year old property was well maintained.

Kabir and Wahida’s place is a gem. Its just by the river and you wake up to every morning to only find it really blissful. Wahida has been really helpful overall. Great place to stay, a must visit and would recommend anybody who’d want to be in Goa.

We had a great time at Peter’s place. The space is exactly what you see in the pictures, it’s clean and spacious. Thanks to the caretakers (Umesh and his spouse) for the amazing breakfast every morning:)

There are plenty of charming cafes and grocery shops nearby, and Morjim Beach is just a short distance away—perfect for a relaxing beach day. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Nishant's ocean themed, condo is charmingly decorated, The place is spacious and comfortable, well kept and clean and tidy. Nishant and his staff are super helpful. The society is well managed and the pool was clean and well maintained. The place is located , in a safe quite and peaceful area, also at walkable distance from the beach , and also all the hip and happening place easy to reach like ,Hilltop and Darling's Bar. Had a great time with my girl gang. Definitely coming here next time soon. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great stay! Shekharji - The host was very cooperative and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The caretakers (Sanjay and Ram) were also attentive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
