Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Aspen

We were very happy with our one-night stay here. With five of us, it was great to have space to spread out and cook, especially compared to the pricey, crowded hotels in Glenwood Springs. Also, the owner was kind enough to let us know we left something and they put it out for us to pick up on our way back. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to this part of Colorado.

One of the best places I stayed in. Beautiful place with thoughtful additions to furniture and kitchen accessories. It has everything and the lilac plant in the front yard smells spread the entire parking and makes it best

This house looks far better than the pictures posted! Very clean, fells homely, easy to use electronics and very friendly and responsive host. Everything you might need is already stocked, just come with your suitcase. We had a wonderful experience during our visit. Will definitely be back!

Great home . Very peaceful and lovely home

I’ve had amazing experience here. Me and my wife with our dog stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very clean and cozy! It’s located right at the middle of Aspen and Gelnnwood springs! Michael made sure everything was set accordingly and his home is really clean. The neighborhood is pretty safe and they had a park right behind the home! I’d highly recommend this place and I am really glad i found it.

Our stay was fantastic, and we absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Check-in was seamless, and the private garage was a great perk. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The hot tub was clean and perfectly heated—ideal for unwinding. The primary bedroom was amazing, with a king-size bed and incredibly soft linens that made getting out of bed a real challenge (in the best way!). Though this trip was just my wife and me, the house is spacious and would be perfect for a family or group of friends. The game room looked like a lot of fun, though we didn’t get the chance to use it. Most importantly, the listing is entirely accurate—the views of Glenwood Springs are unbeatable. You can spot the house from almost anywhere in the area! A truly memorable stay.

We have stayed at many locations and this was by far our favorite. We are always apprehensive about staying in a location that is in someone’s home but this location is very private, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! We used it as a no-frills jumping-off point for various activities in Aspen and Carbondale and it was perfect for that. The space is beautifully decorated and the location is flawless.

Fantastic stay with Katy - we came to do some fly fishing and she gave me a book of Colorado's best fishing spots as soon as we checked in!! She was awesome, place was immaculate, and right on the Eagle. Will return!

Molly's apartment was exactly as advertised. She and her husband were attentive and responsive, and absolutely lovely. The home is petite and perfect; amazing views of Mt Sopris and right on the river. Molly and Aaron pumped the tyres of their bikes and we were able to ride around the neighbourhood. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and we felt so at home. Thank you Molly! Happy to recommend you 100%.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonja's place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great and very convenient. Sonja was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay, making everything easy and stress-free. She even allowed us to check in early, which was extremely helpful and made a big difference for us. I truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Glenwood Springs. Would definitely come back!

10/10 experience! Jen was super helpful and responsive. Her home is the most perfectly located for all possible adventures - easily accessible to Glenwood Springs, Aspen, cycling trails (we spent a lot of time on the Rio Grande) and a Whole Foods only 5 mins away. I feel like this Airbnb is what was Airbnb was meant to be - an incredible way to experience a place, in a beautiful community, hosted in such a personable way! Jen had thought of everything including a few snacks. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for me and my daughters to enjoy a week of skiing in Vail. It’s cozy, comfortable, convenient, private, and right on the river. I highly recommend!

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

We had such a great experience at Liz’s place! The location is absolutely perfect for getting around town and being walkable to restaurants and shops! The apartment itself was very clean and just as described in the listing. Check in and check out was extremely easy and Liz was very communicative and always reachable if I had a question. The space was perfect for a small group and we would stay again because of the fantastic location!

We have stayed at June‘s place a couple of times now and it is perfect! Location is excellent, just down the street from local shops and restaurants. Condo is always clean and well kept. Toiletries, coffee, etc. all available. We will definitely be back to June’s place anytime we are in the area.. Thanks so much!

Meredith was very helpful and quick to respond. She let us know ahead of time that construction would be going on and gave us the option to cancel. We chose to stay anyway and it was well worth it! Beautiful place

If you’re looking to ski CB - this is the place. 3 minute walk to the slopes, beautiful and private view from room, jaw dropping expansive view from the building’s hot tub (robes and towels provided!). Easy parking. Place was super cozy, bed was really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Lots of natural light and breezy with the doors open. Bob and Sharni were incredible hosts - super responsive and flexible. 100% would stay here again next time in CB.

By far, this has been the best place that we have stayed in so far in Aspen. Location was perfect and view was beautiful. Conveniently located to the shuttle system, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely have it on our list for next time we go. Jacuzzi was also conveniently located near the condo. Loved everything about this place! Our teenage kids gave it a 10 star! Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very spacious floor plan was perfect.!

This is a terrific place. The location is exactly as advertised, right in the heart of Aspen, just a few minutes walk from a grocery store as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is nicely set up, and the balcony overlooking the park is a great place to sit. Also, the shower works really well, with good water pressure and easy-to-control temperature settings. And, the apartment is really quiet at night. There are also multiple terrific hikes that are walkable from the apartment. Jacqui & Edward are extremely responsive to any questions that come up. I hope to stay here again on a future trip to Aspen!

Great experience! We went with an elder and an infant and the Zachary's place worked great for us. It is close do the Snowmass Mall, where we could rent equipment and ski in and out with good infrastructure around us to accommodate. It is also close to the bus station so we could explore other mountains with no issue. The view from the house is stunning and it had all the ammenities we needed to cook meals and relax at the house. Highly recommended!
