Cheerful, airy, budget studio apartment in top location, with free Netflix. Freshly renovated with wonderful views. Cosy size ( 24 m2 internal and 8m2 balcony) , but well appointed, and near trams and trains. On the second floor, with no lift ( sorry). A perfect getaway for exploring the cool bars and eateries of Prahran, South Yarra and St. Kilda, and a short stroll to Albert Park Lake. Great for singles, or couples who are okay with a double bed. Aircon, Wi-fi.
