In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

Uteplatsen bjuder in till avkoppling efter en dag med utflykter bland Österlens stränder, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och charmiga byar.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Apartment - old carpentry shop in a quiet location

Here in the adjacent side wing of the idyllic, secluded courtyard, near the village of Skåne Tranås, next to the main house to be rented, is our second, smaller apartment, the "Old Carpentry". The apartment (about 40 sqm) consists of a large living room with 2 beds and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra mattress for, for example, a couple with a child, is available. The space is heated by an air-to-air heat pump.
