There is wheelchair access available through the large two rear doors. The two bedrooms are spacious, and a bath is featured in the main bedroom. The apartment opens onto a rear deck with lounge and dining tables. The kitchen features a commercial style arrangement with 90cm gas hob and electric oven.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
