Despina was a great host. She was quick at responding whenever we had questions. The location of the house was fantastic having our own private beach. You need water shoes to enter the sea in front of the house as there are rocks. There is a good semi sandy beach 3mins by car which has a beachbar. I would highly recommend staying at the house if you want seclusion.

We had an amazing stay at Konstantinos' place! From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos greeted us warmly, showing us around and offering great recommendations for the area. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pyrgadikia. Nikos hat sich schon im Vorfeld rührend um alles gekümmert und uns nachts bei unserer Ankunft herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Umgebung ist weniger touristisch und wirkt wenig künstlich, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus selbst bietet viel Platz, ein paar Dinge sind etwas älter und haben nicht immer funktioniert, aber Nikos hilft sofort und das hat den tollen Aufenthalt kein bisschen beeinflusst. Vielen Dank Nikos, für die wunderbare Woche!

House is very spacious, has a great garden with a very beautiful view. You definitely need a car to get to the house from the village or the beach. If you are planning to stay long you may need to take into the consideration the fact that there is no washer.

Elinas Haus liegt wunderschön in einem kleinen Berg. Die Aussicht ist großartig. Es ist ein Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung, wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Strände sind schnell erreichbar mit dem Auto, das kleine Fischerdorf Pirgadikia läd ein, zu essen und Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Fern ab von Tourismus kam man hier wunderbar entspannen. Elina war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Wie hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Pyrgadikia ! Die Kommunikation mit Georgios war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und schnell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden – Cafés, Restaurants und Strände waren in der Nähe. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα, ιδανικό για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια. Πολλά μπράβο στον ευγενέστατο ιδιοκτήτη Μιχάλη που φαίνεται οτι γνωρίζει πολύ καλά την περιοχή και μας κατατόπισε άψογα για το ποίες παραλίες να επισκεφθούμε, προτείνοντας μας επίσης ταβερνάκια. Ελπίζω σύντομα να μπορέσουμε να επισκεφθούμε ξανά την βίλα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! 🌟

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.
