Right from the moment we booked to the moment I left, everything was seamless. The caretakers, the family, everyone made us feel so welcome. This has easily been one of my most memorable stays, and I’m really hoping this becomes a regular getaway .

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift. Host was very responsive and friendy. Place looked exactly like the photos, kitchen was decently stocked and pool was fabulous!

Tarunpreet is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even before booking the place, I had quite a few questions, and she patiently answered all of them. We arrived late at night, but thanks to her clear guidance on how to get there and check in, everything was smooth and hassle-free. She even stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in comfortably and recommended some great restaurants and experiences. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. I’d definitely recommend this stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Great and modern place artistically done by Dinesh. Everything from beaches to best food places are in very close vicinity. 10 minutes to Baga/Anjuna/Calangute, 30 minutes to Morjim/Ashvem and less than 5 minutes to great food places. Walking distance to grocery. So, can't ask for more. A very clean place with well stocked kitchen with all amenities you need. All sides balconies around the flat and big tree views around give you a very nice resort'ish feel. Definitely recommend. Keep up the good work. We had a good time. Thank you.

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. The place is just perfect and centre to north Goa , You will find it peaceful and soothing as house is made so beautifully. I will definitely prefer this airbnb next time .
