Very well maintained peaceful place, just looks like given photographs. Host was very cooperative and responsive. Only drawback is that it is far from the centre of the city. Rest is very good.

The place was clean and tidy, host is very friendly as well. It's my 4th stay in her homestay, andI would definitely recommended this to others.

Excellent place and so supportive staff

If there was a archetype for what a AirBnb should be, this is it. A quite, spotless, well-furnished apartment (a stocked kitchen, a washing machine, and car parking were all especially nice to have for me), for short or medium-term stay in Guwahati. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but with access to markets and places to go out or stay in and get good food. Ali -- the caretaker of the building -- was always just a quick call away to sort out any small needs/wants. And Mahmood -- the host -- was very warm and friendly, and an extremely proactive AirBnb host to all his guests. Will stay here again without a second thought if work or vacation brings me back to Guwahati in the near future.

Salis is a warm and kind gentlemen. He is helpful and courteous on call and I'm sure he is a good host in person as well. His assistant Ali, is also a wonderful caretaker. The property is absolutely peaceful, clean, cosy and overall has a good taste of design. I stayed here with my wife on the 16th &17th October and extended till the 19th as we felt so much comfortable like home and couldn't resist extending our stay😊 We recommend this property to those who is looking for a decent and well maintained homestay in and around Guwahati City.

It was great staying at Mr. Syed’s place. He was very responsive and quick. I absolutely fell in love with this beautiful place. Communication was great and their place was spotless, amazing kitchen and laundry amenities. The property has ample parking which made it safer for me to park my car. . Great value for money considering the overall unit, location and free parking space. Would love to visit again. Enjoyed my stay 10/10

very peaceful location. very beautiful apartment and also nicely maintained. Ultra clean if I may add. Owner also very nice and responsive. I had to keep my bags for some time after my checkout time, he was gracious enough to let me do that. Hence overall great experience for my stay of 3 days. Location was perfect for me as I had come for an exam whose centre was near to this apartment. Will surely visit again

Located at the centre of Hatigaon, one will find all amenities at walkable distance. The host is very well mannered and polite. The caretakers are very helpful and humble. Worth what I paid.

What a fantastic place to stay! We immediately felt at home. The hosts, Sailak and Joydeep, are super friendly and always there to lend a helping hand whenever we needed it. They provided genuine info throughout our stay. Travelling with family, it really felt like we were right at home. When we had to extend our stay due to a health emergency, they were incredibly supportive, even offering us a discount, which was so appreciated. I recommend this place for anyone visiting with family or friends. It’s cosy and has all the amenities you need to feel at home!

We had a very comfortable stay at Moonmoon's apartment. The apartment was very beautiful and cosy. Location was great. Would highly recommend this place.

One of the best in Ghy, it’s a huge 1 bhk with smartly placed interiors and situated within a great locality. The interiors were top notch and they are even better than what’s depicted in the pictures. This will definitely be my go to place whenever I plan to have a stay-over in Ghy, no questions asked. Great host, very welcoming and takes care of small requests without delays. I am glad that I came across this property and would recommend everyone to just go for it.

Pd inn is a awesome property and so is it’s host Anjan!! Some reviews were written in bad light but don’t go by those reviews. Some reviews are written in poor light by some guest like rahul Chakravorty but if I had gone through those reviews I would have missed on staying at this very comfortable place. The place is very clean and accessible to nearby markets with ample car parking and cab services and the host is a great human being who will go out of his way to help guest. If you get the listing book it without any thought as you will definitely enjoy the stay and Anjan the host will help you with any request for sure and is just a phone call away. Surely will visit again.highly recommend.

The stay was very pleasant and great being located in the main spot of the city. The house was cozy with spacious bedrooms and garden area. Host Anamika was very responsive and addressed all our queries patiently. Overall a great place to stay in Shillong.

Homestay with great hospitality away from crowded city. Even in hot n humid time, night is pretty cold due to the location and best place for photography in morning time.
