Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Assens Municipality

Good housing for two families. We were 8 in total with children aged 3-8 years. Works great as a base for, for example, trips to Odense and Egeskov Castle. And there is plenty of space for children both outside and inside. We also had good communication with Søren both before and during.

Great, relaxing place to stay and Thomas was an exemplary host.

Very good communication from the start. House was clean and tidy. We lacked nothing. With DanTaxi, you could also get to Kolding quickly. Top location and top accommodation. Definitely recommended.

A piece of paradise- the house is almost too nice to be true! Everything was as in the photos, the entire house was prepared for us guests, everything was super clean, nicely decorated, there was plenty of space (even in cabinets). Great kitchen, coffee maker, fridge with ice cube maker, all fantastic! The orangery and hot tub were the absolute highlight, overlooking the lake...amazing! The communication was super nice, we felt very warmly welcomed! Thanks so much Charlotte, for this great week!

Very nice and accommodating host. We got a response and help with what we were wondering about very quickly. The house was spot on especially for the kids, where they could swim in the pool, and relax and play in the wonderfully arranged basement living room. Very nice outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and living area. All in all, very well.

We spent an extended weekend with the family in Annika's enchanting accommodation. The furnishings are very nice and modern. There's everything you need. The view is a dream. Annika is super helpful. Landfolk had not communicated that there were no bed linen and towels and Annika was so kind and helped us immediately. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

Great recommendation! The house is beautiful and located directly on the sea. The place is also very cute. There is a large garden and of course the hot tub that we liked to use. Communication with the hosts was perfect and we were always helped directly. We can only recommend this house and would be happy to come back!

We were a group of 3 couples and one person and stayed at the property for a week. Communication with Mette and Simon went smoothly and was very nice. The house is very nice, you can tell that it is usually inhabited as well. It is easy to divide, even with a larger group like ours and is very straightforward thanks to the two bathrooms and the overall three toilets. The house and garden are very well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. The living room invited you to sit together. The residential area is familiar and well-maintained. We were able to walk in about 20 minutes to downtown Fredericia. The kitchen had everything you need for self-catering. Overall, we loved it!

Very nice house in a very quiet environment. Large rooms, plenty of space for at least seven people (but there were only four of us). Two very nice bathrooms. Several grocery stores are easily accessible on foot. Mads, the host, was easy to reach and also had tips for the area in store. Very nice! Parking spaces available both on the street and on the property. No additional costs, electricity and water were included in the price.

Very nice villa with enough space between the bedrooms (children/parents). The separate gaming/cinema/foosball area is perfectly resolved. The property is located close to the sea with quiet neighbors. Shopping is less than 5 minutes away. In particular, Maja's helpfulness helped us. She was always available for us. And even though you were on vacation yourself. Everything very nicely decorated. Special was the upper bedroom with unusual attached bathroom/shower/bathtub and dressing room. A clear recommendation 😀👍

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The deck and orangery were great. Would definitely stay again.

The contact was very friendly and Mikkel responded to messages promptly. The house is very large and bright with the large living room in the middle. The location is right in the middle of a single-family home neighborhood and very quiet. The garden is large and equipped with a soccer goal and a trampoline. The kitchenette is a little low for tall people.

What a beautiful week at Else summer house. You have everything you need into the house and the different terraces are great to move with the sun. A beautiful garden all fenced to keep your dog inside and your kids 😂!! My son loved the bicycle and the sand to play. I love the kitchen with a nice large window to cook because Else has everything you need! The beaches are 5 mn away and you are 15mn away from supermarkets. Fyn is a nice place to visit to See you next year ! endnu en gang tak for din tillid til os !

We had a lovely week at the amazingly nice house. We were nicely greeted by Lisbeth and her husband, who had kindly provided some practical things, so it was easier for us to have our little boy with us. Hosting and communication were top notch every step of the way. The house is located in a quiet area with a breathtaking view and a visit is highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly from booking to the end! We felt right at home. The descriptions for the check-in, as well as the use of the devices, were well structured. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was very clean. We were there with 9 adults, a child and a dog and everyone was satisfied :) The area was very quiet, right on the beach, the next largest city is about 25 minutes away. Using the hot tube while it's cold and rainy with fireworks during new years eve is probably the best way to end the year. Our Hosts were super friendly and kind, the cottage is very cozy and we loved and enjoyed the cd music collection from the 80s to the 2000s on a solid soundsystem. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, the beach is very nice, but if you are into restaurants and siteseeing you have to go to the nearby cities of Fredericia, Vejle or Kolding, which requires to drive by car. But walking through the neighborhood has its very own charm. We will for sure come again.
