We had a great monthlong stay! The place was well appointed and completely stocked with everything needed and more. We were offered free weekly cleanings, tho we only accepted one time. That was quite unexpected and generous, very helpful to clean up our initial mess. Very centrally located for food and drinks, shops, and transportation. Attila offered helpful tips on events, eateries and the like. Just walk a few steps for everything.

Everything happened as discussed. András always answered our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it is really private, no neighbors, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We will return in August for a weekend again.

A cozy privat house in a very quiet location, still conveniently close to Budapest center. We only stayed overnight being on a roadtrip, but the place was exactly as we expected: nice, clean and quiet. Very cozy terrace overlooking small garden with magnificent cherry tree. Very nice, caring and responsive hosts. Highly recommended and will be happy to return!

The villa looked just like the pictures . We were a group of 14 ladies on a wellness retreat and the sleeping arrangements, the kitchen facilities , spa area , outdoor space for exercising were perfect . Good location and nice apartment.

We had a lovely time staying here. It was the perfect stay. The flat is lovely and comfortable, set in a charming building. Daniel greeted us at the flat and explained everything about the place, and even booked us a place at a restaurant for dinner. The neighborhood is beautiful, close to everything, an easy walk to most tourist sites as well as to the metro, tram, and buses (although we barely had a need for them). Lots of cafes and shops in the area, and a lovely garden just across the street. It would definitely stay here again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location is fantastic, the apartment is very well connected and you can also reach great cafes, restaurants and the Danube on foot. Our son also felt right at home and we were able to make our family life as comfortable as possible thanks to the high chair and child-friendly furnishings. Of course, you can hear the street and the tram, but we already knew that from other reviews and had no problems with it. Communication with Alexa was very easy, nice and fast. We will be happy to come back!

This apartment was great -- amazing location near the ruins bars and other attractions, very clean, and spacious. Would absolutely stay here again. György gave great recommendations on food and other things to do and was very responsive

We were very satisfied . The apartment is even better than in the photos. The host took care of the little things and it's very pleasant. There is everything you need, iron, hair dryer, dryer, washing machine and even a shower for washing. The kitchen has all the appliances and even little things like salt and vegetable oil, which is usually so lacking when you don't know how to cook breakfast)) There was also tea and coffee)) The bathroom also had everything you need,shower gel,shampoo and even hair conditioner and toothpaste 🌞 The host is very attentive to his guests and left an umbrella and raincoats)) Well, the most important thing is a comfortable bed and cleanliness! The apartment was very clean! communication is also great, you will quickly get answers to all questions and even more) We highly recommend this accommodation and our stay was great ! Thank you

Very nice stay! The apartment is clean, quiet, and modern, I would especially like to highlight the nice, sophisticated bathroom. It is a great advantage that the parking space in the underground garage is especially valuable in Budapest. The city center is easy to walk in, but the main landmarks such as Fisherman's Bastion and the Zoo are also available cheaply with a Bolt app (about 2500–3200 HUF). These are accessible by foot, though a bit longer walk. Overall, highly recommend!

The apartment is in perfect Central location with access to a range of public transport and also possibility of going to many places on foot. The apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Andràs's place.

Fantastic location in Budapest right in the heart of the city. Great restaurants and easy access to public transportation and to local sites. Barbara was very helpful and I really appreciate her hospitality. Definitely worth a stay if you like to be close to nightlife in Budapest but also want comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment in a great location! Exactly how it looked in the photos. We didnt spend much time in the apartment as there is SO much to do in Budapest and this apartment is located near all the sights! If we go back to Budapest, we would definitely stay again! :)

Erno & Maria’s apartment was fantastic! Easy walking distance to all the sights, such a great location! They made check in so easy even greeting us personally. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described. We had a fantastic stay and Erno and Maria were fabulous hosts, so responsive and had lots of great recommendations to help us get the most out of Budapest. Couldn’t reccomend more!
