Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

We welcome you to our home in the bustling neighborhood of Astoria, Queens. Our location is a Walker's Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. Located on a particularly quiet block; only 20 min to Manhattan via subway, 10 min by car. LaGuardia airport is 7 min by car. Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.

Only ten minutes drive to LaGuardia Airport and a short walk to the N subway line to Manhattan.

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
