This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.

This very spacious room w/ amazing daylight and a view of a tranquil street is located on the second floor of a beautiful typical "Astoria home". It accomodates up to 3 guests. Close to Ditmars Ave, with many restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, and a gorgeous Astoria park with Manhattan skyline views. Only ten minutes drive to LaGuardia Airport and a short walk to the N subway line to Manhattan.

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 3 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
