Condo holiday rentals in Asunción

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

A melhor hospedagem que já encontrei no AirBNB. Como brasileiro, primeira vez fora do país achei que teria dificuldade com o local e a comunicação. Txema foi um anfitrião incrível. Apesar de não falar português fluentemente, foi muito eficiente na comunicação, além de muito gentil e completo em todas as informações. Sempre atento e solícito nos ajudou muito com indicações de todos os tipos Seu apartamento é impecável, muito bem decorado e agradável! Não há o que falar! É perfeito! Camas ótimas, chuveiros super quentes, tudo novinho e muito caprichado! Nota 10! Enfim, hospedagem irretocável! Recomendo a todos que tenham interesse em conhecer Assunção e arredores pois a localização é muito estratégica, e não está distante de nada.

Departamento con todo lo necesario, cómodo y muy luminoso. En un piso lo suficientemente alto como para apreciar la bahía de Asunción y el nuevo Puente. La zona tranquila (Barrio poco transitado), segura a la vez y cerca de la costanera lo que da fluidez para ir a cualquier parte de Asunción estando en auto. La cochera era de facil acceso. Valentin, respondió casi de inmediato, muy educado y predispuesto. Todo era tal cual la publicación.

José siempre se mostró atento en todo momento. Respondía rápido y en general la estadía fue muy cómoda. El departamento estaba limpio y ordenado. Sin duda volvería!

We stayed in Alvaro’s place for a full month and it was amazing! Its beautiful, super calm and comfortable, lots of things to do nearby, great gym across the streets, big shopping malls within a short walk, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Excelente atención por parte de la anfitriona, muy receptiva. Todo ordenado y limpio. La ubicación es buena, porque está en la propia Asunción. La propietaria es cariñosa con las mascotas. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí cuando necesite.

Excelente el departamento. Tiene recepción con guardia que te permite ingresar a cualquier hora.

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Apartamento ideal tanto para estadías cortas, como largas que fue mi caso. En él te sentirás como en casa; provisto de una utilería completa, amenities justos, mobiliarios olgados y electrodomésticos en buen funcionamiento. En cuanto a ubicación, en las cercanías podrán proveerse de todo lo necesario para sus estadías (super, farmacia, opciones de restauración, etc...). La disposición del parkeo para automóviles es seguro y la entrada al edificio confiable. Los residentes no han sido para nada ruidosos en los 30 días que nos hemos hospedado. Tanto el anfitrión como los encargados del lobby, siempre estuvieron a disposición, eficientemente, para aclarar nuestras dudas y resolver nuestros problemas.

Departamento cómodo, amplio , impecable y muy seguro. Muchas gracias a los anfitriones por estar pendientes en todo momento. Recomendado.

O apto da Sandra é até melhor do que parece nas fotos. O prédio é excelente. Localização muito boa e comunicação com a Ruth muito fácil e agradável. Ótimos quartos com bons ares condicionados e cozinha completa. Gostamos tanto que já vamos voltar! Recomendo fortemente esse apartamento.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.
