From the first moment, he had a very good predisposition. No problems with the check-in schedule and no problems of any kind The apartment is beautiful and super clean It's exactly as shown in the photos. I would choose it again on my next visits to Asunción.

I travel periodically to Asunción so I hope to have that unit as it perfectly adapted to my needs. The building reception staff, friendly and responsive. Mauro, excellent host who evacuated all my questions before I checked in. If in doubt, I want to keep staying there always.

The building is beautiful. The view is wonderful. The pool was divine. The area is super quiet, ideal for walking in the afternoon and evening.

Excellent property very large and spacious. Many trees and nature in one of Asunción's most exclusive neighborhoods. Special for large groups where they will have all amenities. Near the major mall and most upscale in the city. Spotless

Very cozy house, next to a small square, on a very quiet street. Kitchen equipment, air-conditioning and bathrooms all working very well. Helpful host.

I’m a digital nomad, I work remotely and explore by car. There was plenty of space for me to sit and work and for my brother to study. The garage is spacious. Inside it’s very cool thanks to plentiful aircos. The internet is stable and fast. There are two gyms just next to the apartment and a big store “Superseis” nearby that has everything one could need. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, an excellent option for those looking for comfort and good service!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. Peaceful and pleasant studio

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!
