Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very clean and the photos are spot on. Bang in the centre of San Pedro with a beach walk less than 10 mins away. Great restaurants within a minute walk and a walk up the old town for tapas is a must. Roof terrace is just great. A walk to Peurto Banus is around 40mins along the seaboard. The apartment is superb, matches perfectly with the photos and description. Everything was new and very clean. It is a very quiet Urbanization and well located. On arrival we find some welcome details in the kitchen. Ivan was friendly and sends you timely and very helpful directions. I would come back without hesitation.

A fantastic experience, we were well communicated with throughout by Katrien and Lynne and were not disappointed with the apartment. Fantastic sea views over the pool, with memorable sunsets sat out on the balcony, firing up the bbq. The apartment was impeccable and was very satisfied with cleanliness, and facilities, we had everything we needed included a washing machine, so were able to take our clothes home clean. We had a car rental so were easily able to get around, which I would definitely advise if you were to stay here. We will definitely be back.

Very few airbnbs that we’ve stayed in are as clean and well considered as David’s apartment. He’s a great host, super responsive and gave us loads of recommendations. It’s really nicely furnished, has an amazing sun terrace and it’s pretty peaceful. You can walk to some bars and restaurants and even the beach if you’re feeling energetic. We had a buggy, and the stairs were tricky each time but we expected that.

Great location and a spotless apartment, with easy walking distance to puerto banus, and all bars and restaurants in the area. Mazen was a super great host and always available if I needed to message him. The apartment is in a beautiful complex and is secure with a guarded entrance and patrols at night. Very modern with everything you need! I will definitely return to this apartment

Paradise! We have stayed in many amazing places, but this one is definitely a favorite now. We ended up extending our stay. The host is so kind and attentive. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay at Chers lovely apartment. Great location right on the beach, short walk to the marina, restaurants ect. The Apartment is beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean. Cher is super helpful, friendly and responsive, Will be booking again next year! Thanks again 😊

Perfect location for us and lovely apartment, with good outdoor space, just a shame the outdoor pool was not open. Would book again.

The apartment is very nice, large, clean (there are small ants in the kitchen), comfortable beds, lots of light and wonderful views (mountain and sea), the spectacular terrace (eye!! beware of the dogs, because we receive the visit of a black cat every afternoon), very quiet residential area, essential to have a car, being on the side of the mountain, they are all slopes, there are people living all year, so you can go at any time and do not feel you alone and isolated. I recommend anchoring the pots on the terrace, usually strong wind and the tombs on the ground, a little risky if you have children playing or dogs. I recommend it 100%.

Loved our stay in this apartment! It had everything we needed - was clean, light, spacious with a lovely outdoor seating area. Location was great, peaceful area with restaurants & shops a short walk away and easy access to surrounding towns/resorts. Great host. Highly recommend!!

Loved my months stay here, a real home from home with everything there that was needed. An issue with the washing machine was very promptly resolved and Sara's assistant who lived nearby was so friendly and helpful. Great area too with plenty of amenities and also a short walk to the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again 😊

Yulia's place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed and when we asked about the possibility of having a kid's high chair, the answer was yes! (it also had a baby bath tub which was really handy for us). The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily cook whatever you may like. The area felt safe and quiet and the it's only 2 mins walk to the beach. The host (Yulia) went out of her way to ensure we have everything we need (including providing a second set of keys as we were two families with two cars). There were a couple of beach restaurants minutes away from the flat, but sadly we stayed there in February which means the restaurants were shut in the low season. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Yulia's place.

Susana is very kind and friendly person! Her property is located at the best location at Puerto Banus in Marbella. Very stylish and tidy flat with a lovely big garden and swimming pools. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this property—The villa was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, where we could enjoy meals or just relax on the couches overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean. It was the ideal spot to unwind. One unexpected benefit was the local manager, Lisa—she was incredibly helpful and super responsive, which made everything from check-in to local recommendations effortless. Also worth noting: the on-site pool grill was a pleasant surprise—good food, and having it so close to the villa was a big convenience. Thank you to Anne Lise for helping us make our trip such a memorable one! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend if you are going to Marbella.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very nice and clean, nice beds. Anything you need is present. The pool was open, which was fun for our kids. We could sit outside, even if the weather was a little less. We would definitely book it again for next time.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful and peaceful complex. It has two large swimming pools, and the apartment balcony overlooks the first one. You also get a sea view—slightly limited, but still beautiful. The parking spot is the best I’ve ever had—just a few steps to the lift, and you step out right next to your door. Only a 5-minute drive to Estepona, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also not far from Ronda—just a 1 hour 30 minute drive through stunning scenery. I also really liked the apartment’s smart automation—everything was very well set up. To make an absolutely perfect stay, I would suggest adding a pod coffee machine and a toaster. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Our experience was not the best because we stayed only one week... It was the best airbnb where we stayed so far. The apartment is very big, it was really clean, you had everything for the stay and also for the baby. The location and the gated community was simply the best. I hope to come back soon.

We had a great family holiday in Puerto Banus, staying at David's flat. The flat is spacious, light and has a beautiful view directly out to sea. We made full use of the pool, which we all really enjoyed. The flat had everything we needed and the main seaside area of Puerto Banus is easily within walking distance. It is a pleasant beachside walk along the boardwalk and there are many restaurants in either direction. We really enjoyed this resort and would definitely visit the area again. We were met at the property by Emilie, who was really helpful and polite.

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.
