My stay was excellent from the end. The place was impeccable, as shown in the photos, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet area. Tstiana was very redponsive. the unit a very large with natural light. the balacony was a good size and overlooked the park. i fid not cook or wash closthing but it did have a washing machine, dish washer, microwave and hat water yeater for coffee. the AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. tv recept was not good and you should bring a firestick or log into you tube or netflix on existing because tv channels are in spanish. overall a comfortable place to dtay and i would stay again. it is central located and walk to many things. i did not go out st night but felt safe during the day.

Ivan's apartment is one of the best I've ever stayed in. It really is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy a few quiet days. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and spacious, my husband, my baby and I were able to sleep there. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty of space. Thank you Ivan for everything.

Our stay was very enjoyable, safe, and entertaining. We are traveling with two young children (4 and 6 years old) who found lots of fun in the building's amenities, specifically the pool and jacuzzi that were always available throughout our stay. We know the situation of insecurity that is lived in the country, but the apartment is in a very safe building and sector, whose strategic location allowed us to have direct access to restaurants, bars and tourist places leaving the vehicle in the parking lot almost all the time. The apartment is simple in its decor, but it is 100% functional, a very well equipped kitchen (you would just have to check the extractor), but it had everything you need to prepare different foods. Communication was excellent from the first contact, quick and very friendly. In addition, I should note that they helped us by extending almost 4 hours to check out at a small surcharge. I'd be back more than once

The apartment is very pleasant and most convenient : it has got all you need and enjoys beautiful views over the Guayas river. It is located in puerto Santa Ana, a safe area of Guayaquil with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Marcus is very easy to communicate with and very proactive to help.
